MI5 and MI6 Exposed 2

'John'

His Story

I was on the British Intelligence INSET course in 1979 and was also sent on the Royal Arch Freemasonry course in Jerusalem. Having read the other blogsites, I can add some other relevant details to this body of information.

The British 55 Imperial 55 antique typewriter on show in the Jerusalem museum prison:

The Roman soldiers' torture game that they played with their prisoners, including their most famous prisoner whom they had named: the King of the Jews.

The British Intelligence officers on the course, told us that the Romans had sodomised him because they thought it would be a laugh to be inside of somebody who claimed to be 'God'.

The male British Intelligence officers and graduate trainees were to do the same to all of the British Intelligence recruits. Each and every member of the course, was at some point either raped or sodomised by the programmers or graduate trainees. Sometimes this was done in public, in front of the whole team of recruits.

The 'B' represents the KING in both Latin and Greek. British Intelligence interpreted this as the British Monarchy and we were their slaves to do, with as they pleased. They forced us through the most terrible tortures. Some of these were directly related to the 'Stations of the Cross' i.e. whipping/flagellation. The 'lightbulb' in the centre, represents the Crown. The smaller circles represent the aristocracy. The thick black line going down the paper represents the lifeline of the prisoner. The objects which cross it denote the types of torture. Death comes at the end of this line where another smaller line crosses the main one.

In the Negev desert, at the edge of a cliff-top, they played the most terrible game of all. By this time, all of the recruits were under mind control and could not disobey orders. The programmers told the recruits to stand near to the edge, in a huddle. We obeyed. Rimington then took out a list of paper and announced that she would name the people who had failed and would no longer be attending the Royal Arch Freemasonry course.

She read out the first name...and then Scarlett ordered us to push him off the cliff. He didn't resist in the slightest - not a sound. Rimington then read out a second name. Three young people died that day. No one spoke about it afterwards. You just counted yourself lucky to be alive.

Powergen torture and mind control

At Powergen, the graduates (Daldry, Marr and Tomlinson) and programmers (Rimington, Maningham-Buller and Scarlett) strapped me to a table and put a metal band around my head. They were to do this with all of the recruits. The pain and terror was indescribable. One of the young women recruits was told to watch over me but was ordered not to unplug the metal band which was plugged into the wall.

The programmers and graduates all left the room.

Eventually the young woman couldn't bear it any longer and pulled the plug out. When the programmers came back into the room they told her that they had been watching her behaviour on a monitor and pointed out the hidden camera. They were furious that she had disobeyed orders and called all of the team into the room, in order to witness her humiliation.

Whilst this was going on, someone untied me and I began to recover. I was then told to tell the female recruit how arrogant and stupid her behaviour had been, in disobeying orders. To my undying shame, I did so. I could barely stand up, never mind speak but they forced me to tell her how wrong her action had been.

Another 'torture game' was according to the British Intelligence 'mind control' script 'Wind in the Willows'. Seriously, they actually used this to teach us the 'secret meaning' behind some of the scenes (as in 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'The Wizard of Oz'). We were told that we were going to have 'tea at the Great Hall'. 'T' in Alice programming means torture.

I remember Rimington called us into one of the rooms of the castle that we were driven to, in order to watch one of our peer group being tortured. He had been strapped to a table but this time, he was naked. Rimington was in hysterics, with Maningham-Buller and called us all in to watch. They were electrocuting his balls. Rimington kept laughing at the way in which the young man's eyes popped out of his head when she did it, reminded her of Toad of Toad Hall. We were all forced to laugh with her. Not to join in, would have meant punishment.

Afterwards, the young man sat on the stone stairs outside and cried. He kept saying:

'I can't take it anymore'.

No one knew what to do. We were all in the same boat and to offer him any sympathy would have incurred the most awful penalties. You were not allowed to show any human feeling to any other recruit on the course and by and large, we didn't.

OTHER NOTES:

So guess what I had done to cirumvent the above and to ‘get’ MARK R and AMADEUS?

Let me firstly take you back to 1980 and IVAN PEA.

Remember his ILL GAME OF CHESS where he made you take WHITE - he took BLACK and then every time he looked like he would lose a piece - he told you of the RED piece rule:

I can introduce a RED piece, whenever I like and in any place upon the board and then take it off again immediately.

THE RED QUEEN being the most dangerous piece that he would introduce upon his chessboard.

THE RED QUEEN - the KILLER QUEEN which appeared and disappeared upon the chessboard to help IVAN PEA out of a ‘tight spot’.

Next, I can now remember what happened at the TEMPLAR CASTLE - GREEN made some inquiries to find out how I could win this ILL GAME and PRINCE WILLIAM told him that I had to find out how to turn myself into a RED QUEEN.

30 September 2009 - yesterday, I turned myself into a RED QUEEN.

How was it done?

Very simply indeed. I had remote-viewed the whole thing at the CIA SUITE.

I therefore made myself ‘become’ a RED QUEEN in the future.

Black Rabbit said...

This had an immediate effect upon MACDONALD and the SWISS CONTROLLER - they were only KNIGHTS after all - but a RED KNIGHT is obviously a powerful number.

They had told me NOT to do it but I did it anyway.

After that - I was in control of them. I was also in control of OBAMA.

OBAMA got angry with me after I had dealt with ‘OJ’.

OBAMA was a RED BISHOP/ROOK.

I put him in his place and had him ‘dealt with’…no RED ROOK challenges a RED QUEEN’s decisions.

Who was OJ?

Remember POSTCODES and how this flat was put under C015 1JP

ONE JAY PEA = the slaves of OJ.

Additionally, the CLACTON - CO15 refers to the CENTRE OF INFORMATION - COI

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

So I sent my RED KNIGHTS to work - to dismantle the entire ILL SYSTEM - and what was that?

They had a series of BOOKS of names…a pile about a mile high, as it turned out…

Each book contained the names of KEY PIECES upon a CHESSBOARD.

Each CHESSBOARD roughly related to a COUNTRY - each piece represented one of the top ILL CULT slaves in that country…

Every top ILL CULT slave was dealt with.

Additionally, so were the PLAYERS.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

AMADEUS was nothing but a RED BISHOP/ROOK too - the same as OBAMA.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

So what did I do yesterday that turned me into a RED QUEEN?

Firstly - I went to see where JERAMY WICKS lived…and saw that glass door and an intercom for all of the flats above the shops upon JACKSON ROAD.

I flashbacked to 2004 - whereupon I had rung all of the flat buttons, in desperation…eventually I got JERAMY WICKS who turned out to be a really surly number…but eventually he gave me all of my post from NPOWER - but it was too late - NPOWER had already cut off my GAS and ELECTRICITY.

I therefore decided that I wasn’t going to go down that avenue this time around…and so I decided to go into the TRAVELODGE first…just in case my POST had turned up at their RECEPTION upon the first floor.

I got into the hallway in front of the lifts - reception is on the first floor.

Curiously enough - the RIGHT HAND lift wouldn’t come when called at all.

See previous notes about how it had been important to take the RIGHT HAND lift previously in order to reverse RA CULT programming for all SLAVES who use TRAVELODGES.

It is HIVE programming - once you use the circuit a different way - it reprograms the rest of them.

So the RIGHT HAND lift wouldn’t work - every time I rang for it to come down from the 1ST FLOOR - the doors of the LEFT HAND lift would open upon the ground floor - inviting me to use that one, instead.

I wasn’t going to use the LEFT HAND LIFT…I began to look for the STAIRS…and then I saw them…they were OPPOSITE to the LEFT HAND lift…

You could see them through the door…and the BANNISTER was painted BRIGHT RED.

I went towards that door and ‘heard’ MACDONALD and SWISS CONTROLLER shouting ‘NO, NO!’.
I paused in front of it.

I then flashbacked to 2004 - RIMINGTON had told myself, TOMLINSON and ROS:

“You all go up in the lift. I have to use the STAIRS, for some reason.”

As if she didn’t know what that reason was…

I asked her later on if anybody else was allowed to WALK UP those RED BANNISTER stairs to the first floor - she told me NO but they were allowed to come down those stairs, in case of fire.

So guess what I did yesterday?

Black Rabbit said...

I walked UP those RED BANNISTER stairs and queried the guy at reception about POSTCODES.

He told me that TRAVELODGE was registered with the POST OFFICE as being CO151JA. He assumed that all of JACKSON ROAD would be the same but who knows…the JEREMY WICKS postcode was an oddity.

After sorting that one out…I took the RIGHT HAND LIFT down again…and ‘heard’ as I did so:

“He will sort it all out now.”

As in I didn’t have to worry about NPOWER and POSTCODES any more.

I wasn’t quite sure what had happened at that point…but walking around CLACTON…suddenly people were really LOOKING at me…it was very weird but not unpleasant - no ‘bad vibes’.

Imagine that you are walking down a street and your SISTER/BROTHER/RELATIVE espies you in the street and that look of familiarity comes over their features…that is what people were doing to me…people that I had never seen before or met, in my life - this ‘knowing look’.

It was odd - but not unpleasant, as I have already stated. Nobody actually said anything to me - they just stared in ‘recognition’.

Black Rabbit said...

So anyway, I came back home to this flat…and the whole thing began to come back…what RIMINGTON had most feared…had happened…I had become a RED QUEEN upon the CHESSBOARDS…the most dangerous piece of the lot…

I had also regained the knowledge of how I had ‘dealt’ with AMADEUS, MARK R, the MOSSAD…the whole lot of them…in the past…in that CIA SUITE with my two KNIGHTS.

Their behaviour was odd too - as soon as they had ‘seen’ that I had done this and turned myself into a RED QUEEN…they were quite happy…obedient…’good knights’ working for a RED QUEEN.

I could take any pieces upon the chessboards that I liked…nobody could take me…WHITE/BLACK and even RED PIECES if they got ‘quarrelsome’…

I also ‘saw’ that MR PUTIN had achieved the same degree of power on the networks - he was also, for want of a better phrase - a RED QUEEN now.

So yes, I get my money back - all of it.

The things you have to do in order to get to the end of the ILL GAME.

I had no particular desire to become a RED QUEEN but if that is what it took - that was what I had to do.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Who gave me the original power to do all of this?

I now know that it was the woman whom I used to meet, whilst walking her dogs around OLTON MERE. She had the general ‘looks’ of SOPHIE LOREN.

I now also know that RIMINGTON had put ‘john waters’ in, to murder her. I ‘dealt’ with him too.

I do not know what you call ITALIAN ‘HIDDEN’ JEWS - are they also called MARRANO?

At any rate - they have the highest spiritual knowledge of all - far more so than the SEPHARDIM.

I had been given the ‘cloak of invisibility’ because ‘you will use the gift wisely’.

That is why I had been able to cloak myself from even the MOSSAD - from those like NIR’s mother.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Last night I ‘heard’ on the network:

It was always going to be about the ITALIANS - ITALIAN JEWS/CATHOLICS…the seat of power was always ROME.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Remember how SHARON had been scared to enter the ITALIAN SYNAGOGUE museum in JERUSALEM?

He was ‘under my protection’ at that point but I had to drag him in…the SEPHARDIM know that they are not the most powerful ones…

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

I now understand why I found the young Greek student’s essay so interesting at WARWICK UNIVERSITY…how she could take a couple of years of SPANISH and ITALIAN history…in relation to the topic of FASCISM and try to identify key points of difference…

I can now see that I was wrong to generalise…see previous notes…the answer was to be found in the historical DIFFERENCES…between these two countries…

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Do not worry QUEEN ELIZABETH II - I do not want to usurp your throne - I am not a meglomaniac like RIMINGTON and I do not like exercising power and authority over other people. You all know what I want - my money back - a quiet life - a house by the sea with MR TOM etc…

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

However, upon that note - I remote-viewed the BANK OF ENGLAND…with MACDONALD and SWISS CONTROLLER to find out that the ROYAL FAMILY had been HOARDING and HOARDING there…and so we ‘opened the gates’ so to speak…got GORDON BROWN in there to sort it all out…with instructions to put a large amount of money into public services such as the NHS…the recession is a complete and utter lie…

We also gained control of PRINCE CHARLES…this was weirdest of all…he was very resilient to any form of torture…but there is one…an ORIENTAL one that can entrap anybody…and so we had it done to him…

…and his ‘BIRD’ popped out of his head - just like a CUCKOO CLOCK opening its doors…the ’bird’ was then trapped and CHARLES was run as a ‘body’ - as a robot…he was too mad, too insane to be allowed to continue as he had formerly been doing…not the best solution but the best that we could do at the time…using their techniques back upon them.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

DAVID MILIBAND got a bit ‘out of order’ but he was only a RED PAWN and so we put him in his place.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

I noticed that the RUBBISH is not going out of the room at the end of BELLE COURT…it is halfway up the wall now…it is stockpiling.

So I asked a PHELAN WORKER about it - he told me that he thought that the COUNCIL picked up from the other side of the building…where their office was but NOT from that room…apparently the COUNCIL EMPLOYEES didn’t know about it.

So I will notify CLACTON COUNCIL this morning…I would guess this is a ‘final stage’ in the ILL GAME - getting the garbage taken away…

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Once my EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT payment has gone into my HSBC account - I shall close it down immediately.

I seem to remember that in 2004 - the HSBC actually dared to try to charge me £25 for this ‘service’.

HSBC - you have been warned - your future is now grim - I saw it yesterday - people and companies pulling their money out of your banks - all over the world - as if upon ‘instruction’.

In short - you lost a fantastic amount of money and almost overnight. I remember MACDONALD exclaiming that it was a loss of ‘trillions’ - he then explained (and wrote it up upon one of this comments upon an article) that this meant 1000 million…and so not that ‘much’ in banking terms.

…and all because you dared to charge me £100 for use of an ’unauthorised’ £100 overdraft limit for a month…CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP - MARK R.

Even you, must now see the folly of such a move…

Wait for the next instalment of what happened to the most SELFISH, GREEDY and CRUEL people on this planet…

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

It is all rather funny upon reflection…so the KNIGHTS decided to change the downward spiral of GORDON BROWN’s career…we shall see how good a job they did then…because yesterday, in the papers - it was really his nadir…they were ALL out to ‘mob’ him.

I told them to make sure that none of the money was then syphoned off by ILL accounts in the NHS, local COUNCILS etc…

Black Rabbit said...

Looking back on it all - as soon as the KNIGHTS had produced those books with the CHESSBOARD names in them…in that CIA suite...

MACDONALD was the RED KNIGHT…and SWISS CONTROLLER was a WHITE KNIGHT as far as I can remember…

I wanted the CHESSBOARD and CHESS PIECES all destroyed and told them to do so…just take ‘em all out…but the KNIGHTS decided more wisely that they would simply ‘turn every game around’…I checked up on what they had done afterwards...

They were in 10 year old alters and I was in a 4 year old alter at the time…’children’…changing the fate of the world.

When I look at GORDON BROWN…he must have been a strong resistor of the ILL CULT for them to have taken his eye out ,early on…just like PETRA PHELPS and so he deserves to have a ‘comeback’ and to finish his PM tenure successfully.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

Looking at the above text - SYPHONED has a red line under it…I wondered at the spelling…it didn’t work with two Ns either…

I then realised:

SIMON MAGUS - MARK R (he had called himself this)…and when MARK R ‘phoned’…he siphoned off funds…to the ILL SYCAMORE group.

Black Rabbit said...

OTHER NOTES:

I thought about how ‘john waters’ upon that horrible HUMAN DOLLS site (see yesterday’s notes) had laughed at me…along with AMADEUS…how I would never want to gain power…not after having been tortured by RIMINGTON the RED QUEEN for so many years of my life…no way would I ever want the mantle of RED QUEEN…

He likened me to GALADRIEL who won’t take the ‘ring of power’ in the LORD OF THE RINGS…how spiteful…they all just wanted to keep on playing with their HUMAN DOLLS in the ILL GARDEN.

That is what they had all been banking on…me not wanting to become a RED QUEEN.

Additionally, SCARLETT had said to me that he had wanted POWER and that was his downfall…I didn’t and that was my STRENGTH.

So ALICE became a RED QUEEN…that was the ending to the ILL GAME.

It looks like a 'good' sign - somebody talking about how they are no longer a microchipped slave as in a 'camera with a battery' but you never know, do you?

Black Rabbit said...

So the site is comprised of thinly veiled MIND CONTROL COMMANDS to various people - so who was behind this one?

It doesn't look good to me...it looks like MARK R trying his best to activate his slaves...and the LEAVES OF THE TREES is a death command - see notes upon DR TONY SMITH.

As far as i can remember, the last one to HATTY was to myself...another 'death command'...relating to the 3 shadowy figures...probably RIMINGTON/TOMLINSON/ROS and the ubitquitous 'MOON' of ZYGOTE programming.

Black Rabbit said...

As far as i can remember:

sent to Matt in Chicago

Is a 'death command' to JONATHAN EVANS.

Something about a man in a park...a dead man...so MARK R is probably out to shoot you in a park...or the ORANGE squad, anyway...

Black Rabbit said...

You impotent little prick MARK R - how DARE you do this?

Black Rabbit said...

MARK R's ETSY shop.

MARK R's boon companion:

ETI and his SYCAMORE 'shop'.

I have consistently heard ETI on the networks - hissing at me in spite and venom...contacting TOMLINSON apparently...for help...but TOMLINSON is dead...what is ETI's microchip up to...trying to contact the dead?

Black Rabbit said...

Sent to...let me guess...ERIK THE RED?

That would by that RED FOX ROTHSCHILD, wouldn't it?

Well he's dead too...

Black Rabbit said...

"sent to Melanie in Denver"

That would be to ANDREW MARR and a reference to the 'WOOD'.

Black Rabbit said...

Probably to the MASONS/SINCLAIRS/SCOTS?

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN - MARK R.

NONE OF IT.

I have just sent the following email to:

wcrusader@tendringdc.gov.uk

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES PLEASE NOTE:

There is now a potential HEALTH HAZARD - in the REFUSE SACKS room of a 'new build' in CLACTON.

The REFUSE SACKS are now piled up so high - they almost reach the ceiling.

COUNCIL employees do not appear to be aware that there is more than one collection point at the following address:

BELLE COURT
ELLIS ROAD
CLACTON ON SEA
CO15 1FH

Directions:

This 'new build' is at the back of the TRAVELODGE (TRAVELODGE is actually on Jackson Road).

As you approach the back of the building, up the drive - you will see two wooden-slated doors which have a sign upon them - the righthand one is specifically for refuse sacks from tenants of the flats in this building.

Ask one of the PHELAN workers on site (they haven't finished the top flats yet) for further directions but it should be clear enough from the above.

It was the PHELAN workers who first alerted me to the above - they told me that REFUSE SACKS were only collected at the back of the TRAVELODGE and not from the BELLE COURT refuse sacks room.

So it is the 1ST OCTOBER today and as ever, my mother hasn't given me any more money - on time.

This is more than annoying - if she had done so - more promptly over these months - none of the above with the HSBC would have happened.

However, i can now see that it HAD to happen, in order for me to remember everything that had happened and WHY.

Black Rabbit said...

However, that still leaves me with an overdraft of £90.80 and about £5 in cash.

This will NOT do.

I need money NOW and if I have to do so - I will take it out of the HSBC again - and that will result in the HSBC charging me another £25 and that will mean worse things to come for the whole lot of them...every time the ILL harm me...they harm themselves so much more.

Black Rabbit said...

Going to charge me another £25 are you MARK R?

How many more TRILLIONS would you like to personally lose?

Black Rabbit said...

I forgot an important NOTE to make - you are not allowed any sort of overdraft at the HSBC if you are unemployed.

So I have been denied a £100 overdraft limit there.

However, at the cashpoint - they allow you to go overdrawn and then charge you £25 for it.

Anyway, the book costs £9 and so I cannot afford it - a shame.

We were like two children playing around...I had no real idea of what to do but we electrocuted TOMLINSON and then I went through the procedure that TOMLINSON had put me through upon the operating table...showing PUTIN what he had done...and so then we did it to TOMLINSON with our own 'cultures' mixed up and then syringed into TOMLINSON's temples, under the eyeball and in the middle of the forehead for good measure...

New Design

"This RM50 commemorative polymer bank note has a different design compared to the RM50 denomination circulation note. The bank note measures 152mm X 76mm. It is yellowish blue in colour and carries design motifs which depict Malaysia's economic development, and also the XVI Commonwealth Games. The front side features the portrait of the first Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the right and the Kuala Lumpur city skyline with prominent landmarks in the centre. The Commonwealth Games "Look Programme" which features the stylised butterfly symbol, and the gold-coloured Optical Variable Device (OVD) with the portrait of the first Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong in the clear window, appear on the left. The logo of Bank Negara Malaysia appears in the other clear window on the right of the note. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport is featured as the central backdrop. To the right, the background design shows the artist's impression of the Multimedia Super Corridor connecting Kuala Lumpur City to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The back design shows the Stadium Utama Bukit Jalil in the centre. The logo of Kuala Lumpur 98-XVI Commonwealth Games appears on the left of the note."

The CIA have outlined in RED:

Adoption of polymer banknotes

50 peso note from Mexico. As of 2009, seven countries have converted fully to polymer banknotes: Australia, Bermuda, Brunei, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Romania, and Vietnam. Other countries with notes printed on Guardian polymer in circulation include: Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Hong Kong (for a 2-year trial), Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Singapore, Solomon Islands (no longer issued), Sri Lanka, Thailand, Samoa and Zambia. Countries that have issued commemorative banknotes (which are not in circulation) on Guardian polymer include: China, Taiwan, Kuwait, Northern Ireland1 and Singapore.

[edit] Timeline of adoptions and withdrawals
In 1982 and 1983, the American Bank Note Company printed banknotes for Costa Rica (20 colones dated 1983 and trial notes of 100 colones) and Haiti (1, 2, 50, 100, 250 and 500 Gourdes, on DuPont's Tyvek polymers. These had fairly limited release, but did circulate in each country. Additional trial and specimen banknotes were developed for Honduras, Ecuador and El Salvador. Unfortunately, in tropical climates, ink did not bind well to the polymer and the notes began smearing quite badly.
In 1983, the British printers Bradbury Wilkinson produced a promotional version of polymer banknotes which were marketed as Bradvek. The Isle of Man issued a 1 pound Bradvek banknote which circulated from 1983 to 1988. Another British printer, Harrison and Sons Limited also produced a promotional banknote, but did not have any buyers.

Black Rabbit said...

So what is being said here?

Skimming through - most of these POLYMER notes are commemorative ones...

Additionally - you have 'centre of the world countries' like ROMANIA/BULGARIA and also the FAR EAST (including AUSTRALIA) who have introduced them most...why?

So this is TEMPLAR scam in operation...I can see that by the idea of POLY-MER...but I don't get it...

Black Rabbit said...

"Bank Negara Malaysia issued a RM50 denomination polymer commemorative bank note for the first time to commemorate the Kuala Lumpur 98 - XVI Commonwealth Games on 1 June 1998."

In relation to the above note - it has a:

"(2) Optical Variable Device - positioned in the larger clear window and visible from both sides, a bright golden-coloured diffractive Optical Variable Device features the portrait of the first Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong. Clearly visible optical shifts are generated when the note is tilted to the light."

All one can say is that this type of NOTE was used as a programming 'tool' in order to continue the ZYGOTE TRADE in these countries by MARK R and the PRANCING REINDEER.

They 'flashed' the note in front of a slave's eyes and he/she immediately disassociated - to then carry out whatever the ILL wanted them to do in terms of sperm/eggs/zygotes.

This afternoon I decided to check out whether or not the HSBC has tried to charge other people for closing down their current accounts.

I came across this surprising article in THE GUARDIAN:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2006/sep/12/consumernews.consumeraffairs

Is HSBC allowed to close my current account?

Buzz up!
Digg it

guardian.co.uk, Tuesday 12 September 2006 23.54 BST Article historyQ HSBC has recently given me 30 days' notice of its intention to close my current account and credit card account. I rang the bank to find out why it was doing this - the account has never been in debt, I have always paid off the credit card balance in full and I have never incurred any bank charges. The only explanation I received was that it was due to "the general way in which I managed my account".

I asked more specifically whether the decision was down to the fact I stopped paying my salary into the account in favour of a current account at a different bank with better conditions, but I was told this wasn't the reason. I find this very unsatisfactory - have you heard of a similar case before?
JK

A I can't imagine why the account review team told you the bank's decision was unconnected to you stopping paying your salary into the account, because that is rather obviously the reason why your bank account has been closed. Paying your salary directly into the account is one of the criteria for opening an HSBC bank account, so once you stopped your salary payments you ceased to be eligible for the account.

However, this doesn't explain why your credit card account was closed, unless you paid your credit card bill by direct debit from the current account. Without regular money going into your current account, HSBC may have felt there would no longer be a guarantee such payments would be met.

You could request to see all the information the bank holds on you - data protection legislation gives you this right, and HSBC acknowledges it in its general account terms and conditions. It costs £10, though, so it's up to you whether you consider that money well spent.

Deadly charges on overdrawn overdrafts

General Comments

I was a very happy customer of HSBC; my salary is paid there, I do cash withdrawals, standing orders, international money transfer (GBP15.00 per transaction), and credit card facilities.
I was always happy with the prompt customer service and prompt transactions.
However, things turned for the worse when I lost my job.
I had to take up the overdraft facility, and without realizing I was overdrawn...
The following month, I was charged GBP25.00, and the next month (still overdrawn without a job) I was charged a whooping GBP100.00. It did not end here even though I managed to secure a job at this point. On the 3rd month, I was charged GBP125.00. This went on until the whole total of charges of my overdrawn overdraft amounted to GBP575.00
That's it HSBC. I am tired of your penalties and moving on to a new bank!!

Dishonestly advertising in the UK that using your Debit Card Abroad is free of HSBC fees. This in my case has just not been true. HSBC applied a fee of (at least) £2.75 per £100 on every pound I drew from your own account BUT tell you its FREE and you will find it hard to discover how they have taken this fee. The secret is that HSBC do not show you the net cost of your ATM transaction Abroad. All HSBC show you on your bank statement is an exchange rate that HSBC have already removed their £2.75 in the £100.
But I hear you say HSBC tell me that I can use my Debit card abroad FREE of HSBC FEES. So FREE means FREE???
That's correct they publish this offer knowing it to be not quite and knowing that this false claim has already be ruled upon by the Advertising Standards Authority back in August 2007.
Do HSBC care? Not at all, how many customers are going to know that this money has been removed from their account? So if they don't know how can they complain? If they do discover this false advertising HSBC will run rings around that lay-customer with denial letters until the customer hopefully gives up. If 500,000 plus customers draw just £500 from ATM machines abroad believing HSBC that this is FREE to PLUS customers HSBC raise over £6million from this so-called FREE service to HSBC PLUS customers and where do HSBC take this money from? The HSBC PLUS customer.
To be fair they do say something about the exchange rate shown on your statement is inclusive of an adjustment of 2.75%
But hey, that's nothing to do with you that's a FEE they charge you the customer to cover their costs and profit.
But HSBC tell you that PLUS customer paying HSBC £12.95 a month that drawing money abroad from your account if in fact FREE .........yes FREE of HSBC fees.
HSBC are charging you £2.75 in every £100 for this advantage of being a PLUS customer and getting this FREE.
Judge for yourself HSBC current PLUS advertising brochure says
' Worldwide cash withdrawals free of ATM transaction fees from HSBC.'

Which to the lay-customer is unambiguous and straightforward. HSBC go on to explain their offer in more plain English for the lay-customer;

'When you're travelling overseas you can use your debit card as you would in the UK to withdraw cash, or pay for goods and services in shops and store. As a Plus customer we will not charge you an ATM transaction fee when using your Debit card abroad. Just look out for the Maestro or Cirrus symbol'

If HSBC ask you to be a PLUS customer just say no. Whatever HSBC tell you that you will receive as an advantage in exchange from you paying them £12.95 every month. Be sure their record is that HSBC will change what they promised leaving you still paying £12,95 month with egg on your face.

General Comments

Once the HSBC Bank Account Plus had been opened, and all transfers had been completed from my old account to the new account, I felt relieved after all the troubles I had with Natwest, until 2 months later... HSBC decided to close down and block my cash card without warning. I called in 3 times within 5 days to unblock, and the main reason was that head office picked out any applicant, and then they do further searched for over 15 years. If there are any judgements, even those that had been satisfied 15 years ago, they automatically reject and shut down the account, which makes it very inconvenient for account holders not knowing anything, until you go to pay bills or go to a cash point. I've complained to a cashier and now the branch manager, telling them they cannot change their mind after they made the offer. In the policy there is nothing to say they reserve the right to re-credit score any time and reject. What happens to a mortgage once it has been accepted for £85k, then in 6 months time they want the money back?

Black Rabbit said...

Yes, that word ADJUSTMENT - if one of MARK R's mind control slaves talks to you about ADJUSTMENTS you KNOW that you are being screwed.

AMADEUS and MARK R's mind control slave at the CLACTON HSBC talked to me about ADJUSTMENTS when I went in to complain about the extortionate 'overdraft fees' that they had charged this month.

She told me that I had had a letter three weeks ago - telling me that they would take £100 out of my account and that this had 'prepared me to make ADJUSTMENTS'.

So remember - you hear the word ADJUSTMENT and that means you are about to be SCREWED by the ILL CULT.

Tip Tuesdays: How to Close an HSBC Power Vantage Savings Account?
by Vinaya HS on November 18, 2008

in Finance

I also had an HSBC Power Vantage Savings Account with an MAQB (minimum average quarterly balance) of Rs 100,000. It’s more pain than pleasure to ensure such ridiculously high MAQBs. The account had to go.

That said, here’s how you can close and cancel your HSBC Power Vantage Savings Account:

■Reduce your account balance to zero.
■Download this account closure letter template.
■Fill in your account and personal details.
■Print and sign two copies of this letter.
■Take a photocopy/scan of your debit card (for backup and safety).
■Take a photocopy/scan of the first and last unused check leaves in your checkbook (for backup and safety).
■Keep the HSBC Internet banking security device (called the OTA) in your pocket/purse.
■Visit the nearest HSBC branch.
■Handover your debit card, check book, security device, and the two copies of the closure letter.
■Get an acknowledgment stamped on one of the letters (this copy is for your reference).
The service desk will verify your signature and then destroy the debit card, check book, and security device. It generally takes about four working days to close an account — you’ll be intimated of the closure through post.

Any balance leftover in the account after closure will be returned via. demand draft. Uncredited interest amount, if any, will be accounted for in this reimbursement.

Tip Tuesdays is my new initiative to share practical personal finance tips — every Tuesday. I’d be delighted if you could share a tip or two from your own experiences. Drop a comment or use this form to submit your tip. And, as always, do spread the word if you find this useful.

while its not acceptable for HSBC to be down like this and not keep clients updated, there is also a finger to be pointed at clients who rely on this exclusively and dont have any alternative.

If something is _SO_ crucial to your business, why no backup option?

The real work gets done by external contractors and a few skilful souls in the bank who have to battle against blind incompetence and 'job for life' managers who prefer trying their luck with the call-centre staff, the silly old fools..

.Backup systems #
By Matt Curry Posted Tuesday 8th April 2008 13:12 GMT

HSBC e-payments system is horrific to integrate with, to add another service and be able to switch between the 2 adds yet another level of complexity. Sticking a paypal button might seem like a good idea but

a) you'd lose cusotmer confidence more than just saying "we're having a problem"

b) you can't do transactions such as pre-Auth and Post-Auth, which we use so that the card is charged correctly post-delivery.

Currently, we're developing a buffering system that hopefully(!) will allow us to buffer transactions bound for pre-auth when HSBC invariably go down again.

Although, by that time, we're likely to have moved.

I have to agree with Seanie that people should have some form of business continuity plan should a service or services like these fail. Even taking manual payments with a PDQ keeps ya going!

It would not be hard to integrate a second gateway into most if not all shops/stores/whatever and fallover to that should or when HSBC breaks. You get paid into the same account it is not a major issue then.

Look at the mess with Protx a while back when people were screaming the same thing that they were loosing £10,000s as it was offline - surely if your putting that much into a gateway you 'should' have a backup.

And surely as a "business" you don't have one copy of your accounts ... payroll ... customers list ... Do you????

Mind you lost faith with integrating HSBCs payment thing ages ago. Far faster ones exsist nowadays thank god.

.@Seanie #
By Anonymous Hero Posted Tuesday 8th April 2008 13:40 GMT

I couldn't agree more.

It's called business continuity planning, and most companies never bother to think about it or realise that it's something, just like all the other costs of doing business, you need to pay for. The problem is that doing business via the web has been tarted up as some kind of panacea of fault tolerancy and commercial utopia, when in fact it's exactly not. Businesses are brainwashed into thinking that they should pay little or nothing for a 24x7x365 presence to run their web shop fronts.

It never fails to amaze me the irate calls we get claiming losses of 10's of thousands of pounds of sales if one of our shared (tenner a month) boxes hits some problem for a few minutes. Yet when we offer them a dedicated box with failover which probably costs them less a month than the leasing payments on their Jags and Astons sitting in their company parking spaces they suddenly lose interest.

If your business is that bloody important and you do it on the web make sure you have two of everything (at least) - and that includes an alternate payment gateway (which may cost you a bit more per transaction, but at least you can still take a payment/authorise in real time).

Paris, because I bet she's got two of everything.

Is this supposed to be tongue in cheek?! Has this idiot ever worked for a Bank? I love the attitude of people who feel this could never happen to them. Has it ever occurred to anyone that it could be an external vendor at fault?! It's all too easy to criticise without the necessary facts to hand...

-->It never fails to amaze me the irate calls we get claiming losses of 10's of thousands of pounds of sales if one of our shared (tenner a month) boxes hits some problem for a few minutes.

but when your annual HSBC processing bill comes to just under £20k - you can see why you could get a bit irate

integrating with another system to provide failover would cause more problems that it solves.

For example with HSBC you get a response code - 22 I think it is, to say that the customer's supplied postcode doesn't match their card accounts. If you then integrate with RBOS or whoever, who return code NoMATCHPOST instead - you have to have logic for every type of transaction and every possible outcome, twice, all the time relating it to which processor you're using at the time, just becuase the major international bank you've been using can't get it's arse in gear.

Black Rabbit said...

.@Matt Curry #
By Whelk Posted Tuesday 8th April 2008 14:50 GMT

If your payments system is suitably abstracted, handling different responses from different gateways should be a simple case a of writing a translation layer.

The additional time and cost spent implementing a second payment gateway far outweighs the risk of not being able to process transactions.

If your business depends heavily on taking online payments you'd be crazy to rely on a single provider, no matter how good their track record. It's the same rule that applies to hosting, backup and pretty much anything else that can fail.

It's easy to close an HSBC account; you go into a branch, and say "I'd like all my money please. Bankers Draft. If you can't do that because of a computer error, cash will be fine. I assume you can still count without using a calculator?"

You then promptly take your money down to another bank, and deposit in a new account. Setting up the services you need may take longer, but there are alternatives in the mean time. Assume HSBC have outsourced the fault finding to India, and they're using a remote desktop session over a 28.8k modem, and a local engineer whos qualifications top out at "have upgraded the ROM in a CPU."

The important thing is your money is not with HSBC, and that's what they don't want to happen.

.All businesses need contingency #
By Mic Hewitt Posted Tuesday 8th April 2008 16:32 GMT

We have had a backup system in place on our API based HSBC system that checks to see if the HSBC server is there using CURL. If you are a developer then look into this. You can then allow your system to automatically decide if the payment is taken there and then or it stores it for later, so that it can be manually processed when the system comes back up.

Yes we have lost thousands in the past from HSBC but sh1t happens people and it will continue to happen all over the world with many things. Take some time off tomorrow and plan your contingency, do not waste time on complaining!

.Reason Known #
By Anonymous Coward Posted Wednesday 9th April 2008 09:28 GMT

I have been in contact with a few "insiders" who have been able to confirm the cause of the problem.

After the recent loss of CDs they decided to upgrade their systems to use DVDs, they used up their stocks of CDRs and were due to go live with their new improved DVD based communications system for handling transactions - however they realised a bit late that the server only had a CD burner, not a DVD burner and naturally they had no spare CDRs to revert to the old system.

The delay in getting back online isn't being helped by the fact that for some reason their supplier is not taking any orders due to some sort of payment processing outage.

.@ all new nochex clients #
By Seanie Ryan Posted Wednesday 9th April 2008 09:52 GMT

You still dont get it do you?

Lets say that next week NoChex decide to do an upgrade and it all goes wrong.

What then? It _could_ happen.

You have just seen how easy it was to switch. Why didnt everyone who is complaining setup a nochex account months ago and have, at the very LEAST, 2 sets of html/php/asp pages, so you can put your nochex in when you want, and your hsbc (or other) when you want. Its that easy guys!!.

I just hope you all kept your HSBC account active and a copy of the integration.

That means you NOW have a backup for the future. Pat yourself on the back.

hope NoChex doesnt buckle under the new load !! ;-p

Hong-kong/Shanghai Banking Concern is not the combination of words I first think of when the acronym HSBC is mentioned.

I shall leave it to the collective imaginations of the assembled to come up with more...accurate...interpretations of their initials

They have mismanaged just about *every* aspect of my company's account since it's inception in December 2005.

So this comes as no surprise whatsoever.

If you're doing 10k of business a day, a 20k bill from HSBC is a drop in the ocean....and it's called 'cost of sale' which so many retailers fail to understand....but that's another rant for another time.

In answer to "integrating with another system to provide failover would cause more problems that it solves.", as Whelk correctly states, you wrap your payment processes up in an API that abstracts away the specifics of the payment service.

Black Rabbit said...

So all in all - one can say that the HSBC turned into the biggest PRANCING REINDEER 'money-laundering' service that this world has ever known...circa SHANGHAI 2003.

However, things have now taken a new turn - HSBC are under close 'inspection' and this may be enough to pull them through - it remains to be seen.

Black Rabbit said...

That didn't stop what happened to me at the CLACTON HSBC branch but there again - this was all part of the ILL GAME in order to get me interested enough to 'dig' and to remember what I had already learnt about them.

Black Rabbit said...

Black Rabbit said...

I went out for a walk around 6pm…to SAINSBURYS and then to the promenade…and for the first time, I noticed the 7 SPIKES upon the GOLDEN tops of the PIER…the first time since AMADEUS had pointed them out in 2004...

I then noticed something else that I hadn’t generally seen - or never really noticed and that was just to the RIGHT of the bridge - to the RIGHT of the pier…the LADIES toilets are the building below…another fenced off area - the roof of this building - metal railings. See notes on Tomlinson’s BULL-PEN to the LEFT of the pier…

Anyway, ‘everybody’ appeared to be telling me that I had to climb into it…I was feeling weak…I put a foot up onto the ledge from the left of it and then walked to the right…did the same…went to the left again and finally remembered RIMINGTON telling me that I would have to climb up there BUT I was only allowed to do so upon the LEFT…so naturally I went back to the RIGHT and climbed into this metal-fencing pen, the roof of the women’s toilets. MR PUTIN was telling me ‘you MUST do it’…

Even before I had got up there - I had an image in my mind of these SHADOWY FIGURES on top…rather like the images of MACDONALD and SWISS CONTROLLER that I had seen in France…so I knew that this was where MARK R and his ‘favourite people’ used to hang out…or rather, where they had all been programmed at some point, in CLACTON.

There was a METAL STRIP tied to the RIGHT of the fencing (so a MICROCHIP symbol?…or ‘animal tag’)…and a bit of light blue synthetic rope tied to another metal post, a bit further on…

Some BLACK/RED lager can to the far left of the roof and broken GREEN GLASS…make of that what you will…

OTHER NOTES:

Later on, I ‘saw’ AMADEUS and MARK R being arrested in the BAHAMAS…

I also saw that I was now ‘in charge’ of the BAT commands…I could ‘see’ a flock of bats as the necessary symbolism to this computer command…

Black Rabbit said...

RIMINGTON had also added that I wouldn't be able to get up there because my legs were too short...HA HA.

Black Rabbit said...

Yes, I would advise anybody who wants to be in charge of 'BAT' as in 'execution' commands to get into the pen fast...AND to remove the METAL CLIP from the righthand side.

So having put up all of the comparative results up - I will now email NPOWER back and say:

NO thank you.

I do not want such an expensive 'standard tariff'.

Check this website out - can you try to be a bit more COMPETITIVE and come up with a better offer for a single person living alone in a ONE-BEDROOM flat.

Thank you for your email.

I’m sorry it’s taken so long to get back to you. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of customer enquiries has meant it’s taken longer than usual to respond to all our customers.

Your gas and electricity numbers are different and are quoted above.

Unfortunately your accounts have now been passed to an external collections agency; this is because you balances have been outstanding for some time. You will need to contact them to discuss your payment options.

On your account it has been noted that this has been passed to Arrow Global collection agency as advised you will need to contact them now about you balances. Please call them when you can on 0871 7001510

Thank you for contacting British Gas

LOOK at this motley crew of companies - and all in one email:

Re: Arrow Global/Face2Face debt letter - help!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there, i received a letter from "Arrow Global LLC" stating that they are the "data controller of my personal data". They are not registered with the Information Commissioners Office as data controllers.

The letter stated that i owed Orange over £700 from 2004 and any payments or correspondence from me to them must be made to Eversheds LLP.
Eversheds LLP sent me a letter stating that they are a solictors and have been assigned by their client Arrow Global LLC to collect payment from me.
I phoned Eversheds LLP and told their operator that i was recording the phone call at the start, he just continued the call with me. He informed me that the amount i owed was £491.28 so i asked why the amount in the letter is £702.55. He told me he had no idea why it was £702.55 so I have sent off a CCA letter to both Eversheds LLP and Arrow Global LLC.
Eversheds LLP who are ignorant, cheeky and unprofessional over the phone (i'd like to see them say to me in person what they said to me on the phone) said that they are not bounded by laws or regulations of the following organisations:

Office of Fair Trading
Trading Standards
Credit Consumer Council

They do say they are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Orange sent me a letter a few years ago stating that they had written off the debt i owed them. I phoned Orange stating the orange account number both Eversheds LLP and Arrow Global LLC gave me as the one i had with Orange. Orange said that the account number is incorrect and that there was a digit missing from it. When i gave my name and old address they were able to find the old account from 2004 but they were not worried about money and were very nice when talking and told me that they had complaints about Eversheds LLP from other people and they told me to CCA Eversheds.

When i told Eversheds what Orange said they told me that they did not have to prove anything to me or send me anything stating that their client owned the debt. They also said that Orange did not send them any information or paperwork regarding this debt.

I think it is about time Eversheds LLP and Arrow Global LLC are investigated by the authorities and their licence for debt collection is revoked!!

(above email cont'd):

Record your calls
You should not deal with any organisation on the phone without recording the call.
Call recorders can be very cheap and you can get them from Maplins.
The best one is the Truecall. It is pricey but will record your calls, screen your calls, reject unwanted callers etc.
Follow this link to read the review of the Truecall telephone recorder and call manager.

Subject Access Request
A Subject Access Request is a demand which you can make to any organisation to disclose any personal information which they hold on you. The right to disclosure of data is provided by the Data Protection Act.
There is no time limit. The organisation is obliged to reveal everything they have about you - which you ask for - as far back as you ask for.
There are very few exceptions. It does not matter whether the data is held on microfiche, in an archive, on tape, in a cardex system, in sound recordings or in screen notes.
Some companies are saying that they do not have to disclose where it would be difficult to do so - "disproportionate effort".
This is untrue. Disproportionate effort refers to something else under the Act.
If you are seeking bank charges information then you should ask for "all data held on you" and you should make it clear that you want everything as far back as it goes.
Your bank may try to kid you that they only have 6 years of data.
Do not be put off by excuses. Do not accept being fobbed off. It is not in your bank's interest to make full disclosure to you. This means that it is in your interests to get it.
If you have not started gathering your bank charges information yet, then you should start now.
There will soon be a big rush once the OFT test case has been settled.
Get all of your bank account informtion as far back as possible. At least as far back as 1995.
If your bank says that they don't keep data as far back as this, don't accept it. Be persistent. They've got what you need in some form or other.

The history of vaccination as a method of biological warfare

As I have explained before, links can be found between the American biological warfare program, and the creation of vaccines. As governments worldwide were beginning to find out the potentials that viruses and other pathogens had to murder human beings, they required a method of spreading the pathogens, and vaccines provided the ideal method, since injections bypassed most of the natural lines of defense in the human body, because as they themselves found out, viruses that are almost harmless when administered through the nose, can be lethal when injected.

This article is meant to provide a more complete documentation of this history, starting with the development of cancer viruses, and continuing with the creation of influenza vaccines during World War II, finally moving into the variety of vaccines developed afterwards. An attempt will also be made to explain the reasons the various people involved had for the mass murder they encouraged, and in many cases carried out themselves.

Black Rabbit said...

Most of the early biological warfare dates back to the various Institutes set up by the Rockefeller family. As I mentioned in the Rockefeller timeline, John D Rockefeller set up the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research is founded by John Davison Rockefeller in 1901. Eight years later, a young scientist by the name of Francis Peyton Rous joined the Rockefeller Institute. In 1911, Francis Peyton Rous was searching for a filterable agent that could cause cancer in fowls. Eventually the man managed to isolate a virus in chickens that was capable of causing small tumors. In a document from 1911, he describes his efforts to isolate this virus, increase it's potency, spread it to other breeds of chicken, and eventually his unsuccesful attempt to use the virus to cause cancer in mammals. This virus would later come to be known as the Rous Sarcoma virus, named after the man who discovered it. In 1937 the Rockefeller Institute brought it's first vaccine on the market, the 17D Yellow Fever vaccine. As the Rockefeller timeline documents, this vaccine was "contaminated" from the moment of it's introduction, with the Rous Sarcoma virus, and when later tested, the virus was found to cause tumors in monkeys.
Although this report will focus on vaccines, it's important to remind the readers that the Rockefeller foundation was also involved in funding eugenicists in Nazi Germany, and Cornelius Rhoads, a scientist working for the Rockefeller Institute, was caught admitting that he injected Puerto Ricans with cancer. This pattern of death is seen in every project these groups are involved in.

The Rockefeller Institute was also involved in the creation of the first Influenza vaccines.
The Influenza vaccine was developed by a man named Thomas Francis Jr.
Thomas Francis Jr joined the Rockefeller Institute in 1928, and continued to work at various institutions founded and controlled by the Rockefeller family. In 1934 he became the first American to isolate the Influenza virus. In 1940 Francis published a study he did into the Influenza virus. Francis tried to create an influenza virus that specifically targeted the brains of those exposured to it. As the report itself mentions, the study was conducted under a grant from the International Health Division of The Rockefeller Foundation.

The report begins with Francis explaining that his own efforts to create a virus that would persist in the brains of those exposed failed:

In our laboratory repeated efforts to adapt the virus of epidemic influenza
to the brains of mice had been completely unsuccessful. The virus ordinarily
failed after intracerebral inoculation to survive in the brain more
than one or two days.
However, Francis found out about a different strain that did infect the brain of chickens, and he himself went on using this strain in his new attempt to find a potent virus that killed mice by attacking their neural cells:

Black Rabbit said...

It was decided, therefore, to attempt a similar adaptation by
cultivation of influenza virus in tissue cultures containing embryonic
chick brain and either Tyrode's solution or physiological salt solution.
Since our earlier unsuccessful attempts had all been made with the PR8
strain while the reported positive results had all been obtained with the
W.S. strain, the W.S. strain was used.
After using an experiment to prove that this strain is more potent than the other strains of Influenza in targetting the human brain, Francis goes on to explain how the mice he exposed to this strain of Influenza died from convulsions:

On the llth passage definite neurological signs in the form of
hyperesthesia and tremor were observed and one mouse died in convulsions.
All mice of the 12th passage presented marked signs on the 3rd and 4th
days and were sacrificed. Two of the mice of the 13th passage were killed
when quite sick on the 3rd day, two others were found dead on the 6th day.
Since that time the virus has been uniformly pathogenic by the intracerebral
route, producing a consistent clinical picture and a fatal infection 4 to 5
days after inoculation with 5 per cent brain suspension (Experiment 1,
Table II). This strain (WS-7) has been carried through 67 serial passages.
The usual course of the disease is briefly as follows: On about the 3rd day
the mice appear huddled, their fur is ruffled, and they are hypersensitive to
external stimuli. A generalized tremor is present. On the 4th to 6th
day the animal dies in tetanic convulsions.
As his own report goes on to prove, this experiment was not meant to simply create a virus that would grow well in cultures of brain cells. Francis went on to test whether the virus would still persist in the brain if it had been retrieved from the lungs

Since the present experiments have dealt solely with strains of virus
grown in tissue culture, it was of interest to know whether the W.S. strain
of virus maintained by intranasal infection of mice also possessed neurotropic
attributes. Accordingly, virus of the W.S. strain, which had been
carried for 9 to 15 intranasal passages since removal from regular tissue
culture medium, was tested. Suspensions were made of the infected lungs
and with them mice were inoculated intracerebrally. Virus prepared from
lungs of the 9th and 13th passages failed to survive serial intracerebral
passage--in the first instance probably because passages were made at 7
day intervals. With virus from the 14th and 15th intranasal passages,
however, fatal nervous infections were obtained after 6 and 3 intracerebral
passages, respectively (Experiments 4, 5, 6, 7, Table II).
On the basis of the foregoing investigations, it seems clear that a period
of prior adaptation in embryonic chick brain is not required in order to
bring out the neurotropic qualities of the W.S. strain of influenza virus.
Francis goes on to report something remarkable, that the virus will infect the brain when the mice are injected with it, but will not infect the brain when the mice are exposed through their nose, instead the virus will simply persist in their lungs:

The neurotropic activity does not develop at the expense of the pneumotropic.
Where one exists, there the other is found in equal concentration.
The effect produced is, however, strictly governed by the route of inoculation.
While both pneumotropic and neurotropic virus can be recovered
from the brain after intracerebral inoculation or from the lung after intranasal
inoculation, the neurotropic effect is not produced by intranasal
injection nor is the pneumotropic effect observed after intraeerebral
injection of the virus.
In 1941, a year after publishing this study he was recruited by the American military to develop a vaccine against Influenza.

Black Rabbit said...

In my previous report, I tied this development of Influenza virus that was suitable for use as a biological warfare agent into the fact that George W. Merck headed both the Merck pharmaceutical concern, and also the American biological warfare program. However, the ties go far deeper than I initally assumed. The firm that was tasked with creating the Influenza vaccine for the military was named Sharpe and Dohme. From 1935 onwards, Sharpe and Dohme was headed by a man named John S. Zinnser. Before he became the chairman of the board of this company, he worked for the Chemical warfare program of the American military, and he worked for Merck, the company that back in these days was already headed by George W. Merck. What this comes down to is that George W. Merck effectively let the Influenza vaccination program be carried out by his own protegé, John S. Zinnser. Interestingly enough, the companies headed by these men merged in 1953. Merck is thus the descendant of the company headed by Chemical warfare veteran John S. Zinnser, and biological warfare veteran George W. Merck.

The story of the Influenza vaccine is not limited to the United States. The W.S. strain of Influenza that Thomas Francis jr. talked about was also known to an Australian man named Frank Macfarlane Burnet, a member of the Eugenics society of Victoria. In a report by Macfarlane Burnet from 1953, we find out about how he used the W.S. strain, that Thomas Francis Reported was so effective at destroying the brains of rats on which he tested it, to create new strains of Influenza that were even more destructive.
His report mentions:

The lability of influenza viruses is known to every worker in the subject.
As an example of this lability, it may be of interest to trace the origin of
two sub-strains of the classical WS virus with which we have worked.
WS virus was isolated in January 1933 from an individual whose case was
presumed to be typical of the rather severe epidemic prevalent in Britain
at that time. The virus, as isolated, was pathogenic for human beings
and for ferrets; it was not pathogenic for mice. In the light of later work
we can be reasonably certain that it would not have grown in the allantoic
cavity of the chick embryo, it would certainly not have produced lesions
on the chorio-allantois, and it would probably have agglutinated human
but not fowl red-cells. After several passages in ferrets, it was passed
intranasally to mice where, after a few passages, it rather suddenly developed
the capacity to produce fatal pulmonary consolidation.
The virus in the mouse-adapted form was sent from Hampstead to
Melbourne in 1936. There it was passed on the chorio-allantois of the
12-day chick embryo. At first no indubitable lesions were produced, but
after 10 passages distinct proliferative foci were observed. These became
better developed with further passage, and between the 20th and 30th
passages the embryos began to be affected. By the 40th passage the embryos
were invariably dead within 60 hours with gross haemorrhagic lesions in
brain and muscles. This strain, subsequently maintained by infrequent
allantoic passage and storage in dry ice, is WSE (Burnet & Lush 21).
Another strain he created was called the NWS strain:

Black Rabbit said...

Subsequently Stuart-Harris, starting from similar material, confirmed
that WSE-type variants could be obtained by chorio-allantoic passage,
and then succeeded in transferring infective material from embryo brain
to the mouse brain. After merely surviving there for 11 passages, the virus
gradually became more virulent, eventually killing mice to high titre, with
acute encephalitic symptoms. After 100 such mouse-brain passages, the
strain was sent to Melbourne and, when transferred to the allantoic cavity,
represents our strain NWS (Stuart-Harris's " Neuro-flu "56).
Some of the main differences between these strains are shown in table I.
Without specific analysis of the process it is impossible to be dogmatic,
but the impression is very strong that each of the major changes in pathogenicity
was the result of several mutational steps.
It's important to document why Burnet was so obsessed with creating lethal viruses.
Burnet was worried about what he considered overpopulation in 3rd world countries. The British News paper The Age reported that Burnet asked the Australian government to develop biological weapons to use against the "overpopulated" countries of South East Asia:

World-famous microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet, the Nobel prize winner revered as Australia's greatest medical research scientist, secretly urged the government to develop biological weapons for use against Indonesia and other "overpopulated" countries of South-East Asia.

The revelation is contained in top-secret files declassified by the National Archives of Australia, despite resistance from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Sir Macfarlane recommended in a secret report in 1947 that biological and chemical weapons should be developed to target food crops and spread infectious diseases.

(...)

"Specifically to the Australian situation, the most effective counter-offensive to threatened invasion by overpopulated Asiatic countries would be directed towards the destruction by biological or chemical means of tropical food crops and the dissemination of infectious disease capable of spreading in tropical but not under Australian conditions," Sir Macfarlane said.

(...)

Sir Macfarlane also urged the government to encourage universities to research those branches of biological science that had a special bearing on biological warfare.

Unfortunately the biological warfare does not end here. A direct link can be made from the work by the Rockefeller's scientist Thomas Francis Jr, to the work of Jonas Salk, the man who created the first polio vaccine. Jonas Salk helped Thomas Francis with the development of the Influenza vaccine:

Jonas Salk is among the most venerated medical scientists of the century. Though his first words were reported to be "dirt, dirt," his early thoughts were not on studying germs but on going into law. He became interested in biology and chemistry, however, and decided to go into research. He went to New York University medical school for training. There in 1938 he began working with microbiologist Thomas Francis, Jr., who was looking for an influenza vaccine. They developed one that was used in the armed forces during World War II.
As the SV40 foundation explains, SV40 and other viruses "contaminated" the vaccine developed by Salk, and as a result, these viruses spread through the population. SV40 is responsible for many of the different forms of cancer seen today.

Black Rabbit said...

America's biological warfare program never seems to have ended. As Boyd Graves' excellent research shows, the experimental Hepatitis B vaccine was used to spread the HIV virus through the gay community in the United States, and the Smallpox vaccine to spread the virus in Sub-Saharan Africa. As unbelievable as it may appear, the evidence strongly suggests that this epidemic is man made. Publicly available Internal memo's from the World Health Organization, and other organizations, show that there was a strong interest in developing viruses that target the immune system. Because this has already been well documented by others, I encourage anyone interested in this subject to look into the research done by Boyd Graves, Dr Len Horowitz, Tom Keske, and Alan Cantwell.

What's the reason for the swine flu vaccination program?

As I have explained before, vaccinations have been used for various purposes that differ from those the recipient is told about. With money granted by the Rockefeller family, vaccines have been developed that sterilize the women injected with them, viruses have been developed and spread through vaccines that cause cancer, and as this report will go on to show, viruses have been developed to specifically target the brains of those exposed to them, by the same people that developed the vaccines against these viruses that are supposed to protect us against them.

Because not enough information is available yet about the coming swine flu vaccine it's impossible to tell for sure what to expect, but certain possibilities are important to point out because we have seen them before and have every reason to expect them again.

Profit

First and foremost it should be obvious to anyone that a lot of money can be made by selling these vaccines. In fact, as the head of the vaccine research of Novartis explained, Novartis desperately needed this outbreak:

Rino Rappuoli, head of vaccine research at Novartis, says that before the pandemic arose the company had been discussing the need to close vaccine-manufacturing plants because of financial losses.

Novartis is part of the inner core of Bilderberg. It's CEO, Daniel Vassella was appointed Chairman of the Board in April of 1999. However, in 1998 Vassella already attended the yearly Bilderberg conference, which lasted from the 14th until the 17th of May. Vassella became a yearly attendee after 1998.

Although the complete list of deaths this company is responsible for is impossible to tell, we know that an experimental vaccine it used in Poland killed 20 homeless people. (Mirror)

Black Rabbit said...

A look at the ingredients Novartis and other companies are planning to use for the swine flu vaccine will reveal that we can expect many more people to be injured from this pandemic vaccine.

Induction of brain damage in the public

Anyone who has looked into vaccines should be aware by now that vaccines contain a lot of ingredients that are linked to brain damage. The best known of these are Mercury and Aluminum. High levels of exposure to both are linked to Alzheimer's disease. One study looking at Aluminum in the water supply found that levels above 0.1 mg/liter double one's risk of Alzheimer's disease. Another study found that the blood levels of Mercury are on average twice as high in people with Alzheimer's, and the levels in people with early onset Alzheimer's are up to three times higher. It's likely that both mercury and aluminum in vaccines play a role in many brain disorders we find in people nowadays. Most of this information can be easily found online by anyone willing to look for it, therefore I won't spend too much time on this. It's important to note though that Alzheimer's was practically non-existent decades ago, but is now a serious epidemic that destroys the lives of millions of people worldwide.

On the CDC's own website we find that: "the age-adjusted annual death rate from Alzheimer's increased from 0.4 per 100,000 persons in 1979 to 4.2 per 100,000 persons in 1987".

Others point to a 9000% increase in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease in 23 years.
In 1979 year, according to statistics from the Centers for Disease Control, 653 people died of Alzheimer's disease in the United States. Twenty-three years later, in 2002, 58,785 people died of Alzheimer's.

This epidemic is leading to the creation of a new prison system. Increasing numbers of elderly are locked up in giant nursery homes where they are forcibly drugged, and according to eyewitnesses who had to spend time in these nursery homes themselves, sometimes secretly euthanized. In the Netherlands, some nursery homes force children of patients to sign a declaration that gives the nursery home the right not to medically treat patients when they become ill. Sometimes personnel are caught euthanizing patients, as has happened in the Netherlands.

The growing epidemic is changing our culture, with growing numbers of people moving from trend to trend that is supposed to keep them from developing this disease, and marketing departments of various companies happily responding to this new demand from people who wish to avoid the faith of their parents whom they see withering away. In Europe, Nintendo's best selling product is a scientifically unvalidated game for it's DS console known as "Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training", that uses puzzles to test the "brain age" of the puzzler, a soothing euphemism for dementia. Of course few of the happy customers of any of these hypes ever stop to wonder what is responsible for these new epidemics that cause them to hop from trend to trend in a desire to prevent them from becoming a victim of breast cancer, infertility, obesity, dementia, or any of the variety of other new epidemics that we are witnessing today.

Black Rabbit said...

For this we should take a look at the history of the Influenza vaccine. As I have pointed out before, the history of the pharmaceutical giant called Merck begins with the American George W. Merck, who headed the biowarefare program of the American military during the second world war. As I've also pointed out before, the Rockefeller Institute was instrumental in developing the first cancer virus, that ended up in the Yellow Fever Vaccine this Institute distributed.
The reason I remind my readers of these events is because the Influenza vaccine shares elements of both stories, and to understand the history of the Influenza vaccine it helps to understand these other two stories.

The question that needs to be answered now is whether the Influenza vaccines we have today are also capable of infecting the brain with the Influenza virus, and what the effects of this are. Unfortunately, reports of this are widespread, the Influenza vaccine infects the brain, with various effects, just like Francis described in his study back in 1940.

Relapsing Encephalomyelitis Following the Use of Influenza Vaccine
Encephalomyelitis and bilateral optic perineuritis after influenza vaccination.
Post-influenza vaccine chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneruopathy
Postvaccinial (influenza) disseminated encephalopathy (Brown-Sequard syndrome)
Reports like these are countless, and many more can be found by anyone willing to look. It's also important to look at certain ingredients in the vaccine that seem to help the virus, or other ingredients of the vaccine, enter the brain. One of these ingredients is Polysorbate 80. Polysorbate 80 which is found in many vaccines is normally used to help transport medicines across the blood brain barrier. Another ingredient in Influenza vaccines is Sodium Deoxycholate. As I pointed out in a previous report, this vaccine ingredient can cause permanent damage to the blood brain barrier.

Studies have been done showing that an infection with Influenza can increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's by destroying brain cells. This was with the naturally occuring virus, which leaves you wondering how much worse the effects are when the virus is injected, together with various other chemicals that also attack the brain.

Mass Sterilization

As far fetched as it may seem, it's not impossible that the vaccine is meant to spread infertility.
As I've explained before, vaccinations have been used before to sterilize women.
The idea of an Influenza pandemic leading to widespread infertility was probably first mentioned in a popular movie called Children of Men. The movie never explains the mysterious epidemic of infertility, but an Influenza pandemic took place in 2008, and the last child was born a year later. Another reference to such a scenario can be found in an episode of the popular television series named Stargate SG-1. The year is 2010, and a vaccine against aging has left at least 90% of humanity permanently sterilized. Since filmmakers often use their works of art as a warning or form of social critique, it would be interesting to find out whether the people who wrote these scripts worry about the other purposes vaccines can be used for.

The pandemic vaccine that the swine flu Vaccine will likely be based on contains 4.86 milligram of Polysorbate 80, also known as Tween 80. This is practically a hundredfold increase in the amount of Polysorbate 80 when compared to the amount found in Gardasil, the Cervical cancer vaccine by Merck, which contains 50 microgram of Polysorbate 80. Polysorbate 80 is supposedly in our vaccines as a stabilizer. Why one vaccine needs 100 times the amount of this stabilizer as the other is beyond me, but it's reason enough to question the intent of this vaccine.

A study done in Slovakia found that when newborn female rats are injected with Polysorbate 80, the rats grow up to be infertile. We can only hope the fictional story depicted in Children of Men will not turn out to be an accurate portrayal of our own future. But, whatever may happen, the vaccine companies are well prepared for any backlash from the public. In the United States, vaccine makers and federal officials will be legally immune from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine that is brought on the market. Whatever horror these companies (that got away with accidentally injecting people with viruses that cause cancer), may unleash, it will be impossible to criminally prosecute them.

The biochemical manipulation of humanity

Many prominent scientists and authors have on various occasions stated that in the future, the common people would be manipulated through chemicals in their food, water and injections, to suit the needs of the people that govern them.

In his 1931 book, the Scientific Outlook, Bertrand Russell wrote:

“Perhaps by means of injections and drugs and chemicals the population could be induced to bear whatever its scientific masters may decide to be for its good.”
One of the most famous examples of the idea of biochemical manipulation of the underclass was raised in Brave New World by Aldous Huxley in 1932. In Brave New World, the lower classes are exposed to a variety of chemicals before they are "born" that reduce their intelligence and adult height, and prepare them for the role they will fullfil when they grow up. Alcohol is used, lower castes receive less oxygen, and they are exposed to x-rays. The lower castes are also exposed to certain hormones to make them infertile. 70% of women are exposed in the womb to male hormones, and turned into so called "freemartins", sterilized women who exhibit masculine behavior.

Bertrand Russel wrote in 1952 in "the impact of science on Society", that:

Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible.

Charles Galton Darwin, grandson of Charles Darwin, wrote in his 1952 book,
'The Next Million Years' that:

Looking a little deeper there is the possibility of substantially altering the intellectual and moral natures of individuals by some sort of hormonal injections; already great effects have been produced on animals.

John Holdren, who currently works for the Obama administration as his adviser on science, wrote in 1977:

Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.

All of these ideas may sound terrible, but Bertrand Russel himself explained that: "Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people's."

This article will discuss the various artificially induced disease states that are becoming more common every day, the methods by which they are induced, and the reasons behind this.

Masculinization and sterilization of women.

Many products used today contain Bisphenol A, a chemical first synthesized in 1891. It was discovered to have hormonal effects on the human body in 1938. Because of this, in the 1930's it was used as a synthetic estrogen. Later, after it's effects were known, in the 1950s it began to be used in the production of Polycarbonate, a plastic now used in many food products. There are hundreds of types of plastic, many of them having no effect on the endocrine system, but the industry insists on using Bisphenol A.

The effects on women are well known. Scientists have discovered that women who have had three or more consecutive miscarriages had 3 times higher levels of Bisphenol A in their blood than women who had successfully given birth. Studies in rats have also shown that at levels that humans are exposed to Bisphenol A masculinizes the brain of females, which resulted in the female mice exhibiting behavior typical of male mice.

A growing epidemic in predominantly the Western world is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a syndrome that is characterized by women receiving an abundance of male hormones, and symptoms include infertility, excessive body hair, loss of hair on the head, obesity, and deepening of the voice. Estimates of how common this problem is vary from anywhere between 2 and 20 percent of women worldwide, but what is clear is that the problem is caused by Bisphenol A. Studies have shown that levels of Bisphenol A are significantly higher in women with PCOS.

The masculinization and sterilization of women in the womb as described in Brave New World could thus effectively be carried out using Bisphenol A.

Polycarbonate, the plastic that leaches Bisphenol A, was developed in Germany and the United States at the same time, in 1955, by Bayer in Germany and General Electric in the United States respectively.

The history of Bayer is interesting. Bayer was the result of the break up of IG Farben in 1951.
IG Farben was the company that manufactured the Zyklon B that Nazi Germany used in the gas chambers during the Holocaust.
Of course, many people who had worked for IG Farben while it produced Zyklon B continued to work for Bayer after the break up of IG Farben.
Fritz Ter Meer for example, was a board member of IG Farben since 1925. During the Second World War he was responsible for the construction of the IG Farben factory in Auschwitz, in which around 30 000 slave labourers went to their deaths. In July 1948 at the Nuremberg IG Farben trial ter Meer was sentenced to seven years in prison for enslavement and looting.
After his release in 1952 he immediatly began working for Bayer again, and in 1955 he became a boardmember of Bayer, and a year later he became chairman of the board.

The question how anyone could thus knowingly sell products that contain dangerous synthetic estrogen that can sterilize people and have various other negative health effects is thus easily answered: The same people who started producing this product produced the Zyklon B that Nazi Germany used in the Holocaust.

The question of how Bayer and General Electric could come up with this product at the same time and make a deal to sell it can be explained using Anthony Sutton's book, Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler. Like I. G Farben, General Electric was instrumental in funding Nazi Germany.

International General Electric was the largest shareholder (30%) of German General Electric (A. E. G.), the company that funded Hitler in the early days of his rise to power. Several of A. E. G.'s Directors were also on the board of I. G. Farben. I.G. Farben and International General Electric also had the same shareholders. The Warburg Manhattan bank, and the Rockefeller Chase Bank had a large interest in General Electric. The Rockefeller Family also had a controlling interest (25%) In Standard Oil, which worked together with I G Farben as well according to Sutton.

I. G. Farben was owned and controlled by Warburg family members as well. Max Warburg was a member of the board from it's inception in 1925 until 1938. His brother, Paul Warburg, was a board member of the American I. G. Farben, which was controlled by the German I. G. Farben.
Sutton proves that the Electric Industry was turning into a trust, and specifically mentions that the companies were no longer competing for patents. It should be no surprise that a decade later Bayer and General Electric together brought this toxic plastic on the market that is now used to package our food and drinks.

It's important to note that Bayer later ran into trouble when the company knowingly sold and continued producing blood products contaminated with HIV, while it had a safe alternative available.

Because a ban on Bisphenol A is now becoming likely, the Coca Cola company panicked, and leaked internal memo's that show the company planned a propaganda campaign that would include using a "pregnant young mother who would be willing to speak around the country about the benefits of BPA" as their 'holy grail' spokesperson. According to the Environmental Working Group, this campaign would be specifically targetted at the poor and ethnic minorities.
The leaked memo can be found here.
I have covered forced sterilization campaigns carried out primarily against women through the use of vaccinations before. For more information on this subject, click here.

The Sterilization and Feminization of Men.

The global decline in fertility in men has been well documented. John Holdren mentioned that chemicals added to the water supply could be used to sterilize people, and indeed, chemicals are added to the water that reduce fertility. One of these chemicals is Fluoride. As I pointed out before, Sodium Fluoride reduces men's sperm count, and communities with higher levels of Fluoride in the water have a lower birth rate than communities with lower levels of Fluoride.
Sperm counts worldwide have fallen by about 50% per ml (for sources, see) in 50 years.
Various chemicals are found in the water that act as endocrine disruptors, widely held responsible for the increasing number of problems found in men. However, these chemicals could be easily filtered out of the water, but this is not done, due to the false threat of global warming.
As I mentioned before, Soy also sterilizes men, and changes their brain:

A study done with rats showed that even moderate amounts of soy caused these animals to spend less time in social interaction with other rats. Another study down in adult male monkeys fed phyto-estrogens showed changes in their behavior as well. Time spend together with other monkeys was halved. Furthermore, the monkeys showed a threefold increase in submissive behavior.
Reduction of IQ, and inducement of learning disabilities in children.

Black Rabbit said...

As should be known by most people by now, Fluoride in the water has been shown in multiple studies to reduce the IQ of children. Other methods are used to bring about the same effect.
A study showed for example, that boys who received all three hepatitis B vaccines have a 9 times higher risk of developmental disability than boys who receives no hepatitis B vaccine. Another study found that receiving a single vaccine containing Thimerosal increased the risk of autism and ADHD. Another study by Verstraeten found that the risk of autism and ADHD increased significantly in children that received vaccines. Unfortunately, his supervisors wanted to see a different result, and thus he changed the outcome by excluding a large number of children. The initial outcome of the study can be found here. A larger amount of evidence showing how vaccines cause autism can be found here.
Russel's prediction, that injection's would be used to manipulate the behavior of people was correct.

Cancer.

Multiple viruses that cause cancer are found in our vaccines. The first of these viruses was created with funding of the Rockefeller family. Many people ask themselves how such a thing can happen. The answer is that we should be surprised if these vaccines were not a method to harm people. The same people in charge of the pharmaceutical companies headed America's biological warfare program. On a government website we find the following:

From the moment of its birth in the highest levels of government, the fledgling biological warfare effort was kept to an inner circle of knowledgeable persons. George W. Merck was a key member of the panel advising President Franklin D. Roosevelt and was charged with putting such an effort together. Merck owned the pharmaceutical firm that still bears his name.
