His Story
I was on the British Intelligence INSET course in 1979 and was also sent on the Royal Arch Freemasonry course in Jerusalem. Having read the other blogsites, I can add some other relevant details to this body of information.

The Roman soldiers' torture game that they played with their prisoners, including their most famous prisoner whom they had named: the King of the Jews.The British Intelligence officers on the course, told us that the Romans had sodomised him because they thought it would be a laugh to be inside of somebody who claimed to be 'God'.
The male British Intelligence officers and graduate trainees were to do the same to all of the British Intelligence recruits. Each and every member of the course, was at some point either raped or sodomised by the programmers or graduate trainees. Sometimes this was done in public, in front of the whole team of recruits.
The 'B' represents the KING in both Latin and Greek. British Intelligence interpreted this as the British Monarchy and we were their slaves to do, with as they pleased. They forced us through the most terrible tortures. Some of these were directly related to the 'Stations of the Cross' i.e. whipping/flagellation. The 'lightbulb' in the centre, represents the Crown. The smaller circles represent the aristocracy. The thick black line going down the paper represents the lifeline of the prisoner. The objects which cross it denote the types of torture. Death comes at the end of this line where another smaller line crosses the main one.In the Negev desert, at the edge of a cliff-top, they played the most terrible game of all. By this time, all of the recruits were under mind control and could not disobey orders. The programmers told the recruits to stand near to the edge, in a huddle. We obeyed. Rimington then took out a list of paper and announced that she would name the people who had failed and would no longer be attending the Royal Arch Freemasonry course.
She read out the first name...and then Scarlett ordered us to push him off the cliff. He didn't resist in the slightest - not a sound. Rimington then read out a second name. Three young people died that day. No one spoke about it afterwards. You just counted yourself lucky to be alive.
Powergen torture and mind control
At Powergen, the graduates (Daldry, Marr and Tomlinson) and programmers (Rimington, Maningham-Buller and Scarlett) strapped me to a table and put a metal band around my head. They were to do this with all of the recruits. The pain and terror was indescribable. One of the young women recruits was told to watch over me but was ordered not to unplug the metal band which was plugged into the wall.
The programmers and graduates all left the room.
Eventually the young woman couldn't bear it any longer and pulled the plug out. When the programmers came back into the room they told her that they had been watching her behaviour on a monitor and pointed out the hidden camera. They were furious that she had disobeyed orders and called all of the team into the room, in order to witness her humiliation.
Whilst this was going on, someone untied me and I began to recover. I was then told to tell the female recruit how arrogant and stupid her behaviour had been, in disobeying orders. To my undying shame, I did so. I could barely stand up, never mind speak but they forced me to tell her how wrong her action had been.
Another 'torture game' was according to the British Intelligence 'mind control' script 'Wind in the Willows'. Seriously, they actually used this to teach us the 'secret meaning' behind some of the scenes (as in 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'The Wizard of Oz'). We were told that we were going to have 'tea at the Great Hall'. 'T' in Alice programming means torture.
I remember Rimington called us into one of the rooms of the castle that we were driven to, in order to watch one of our peer group being tortured. He had been strapped to a table but this time, he was naked. Rimington was in hysterics, with Maningham-Buller and called us all in to watch. They were electrocuting his balls. Rimington kept laughing at the way in which the young man's eyes popped out of his head when she did it, reminded her of Toad of Toad Hall. We were all forced to laugh with her. Not to join in, would have meant punishment.
Afterwards, the young man sat on the stone stairs outside and cried. He kept saying:
'I can't take it anymore'.
No one knew what to do. We were all in the same boat and to offer him any sympathy would have incurred the most awful penalties. You were not allowed to show any human feeling to any other recruit on the course and by and large, we didn't.

It's easy to make a profit when you sell products that treat the symptoms caused by the products you sell.

The United States is funding the Mousavi Revolution: Part 3
Demonstration have erupted again in Iran against the current regime. In my previous two reports on the ongoing demonstrations in Iran, I explained the fact that China and Russia have an interest in keeping the current regime in power, while the Mousavi campaign is supported by the United States and it's allies in an attempt to turn Iran against China and Russia, as predicted by Webster Tarpley in 2007. This ongoing proxy war in Iran is now becoming directly visible on the Iranian streets when you look at the chants of demonstrators on both sides:
“Death to China!” and “Death to Russia!” chanted supporters of presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi during a sermon by influential former president Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, according to news reports. Mr. Rafsanjani used the speech to criticize the government’s crackdown on dissent following the contested June 12 election. The Associated Press reports that the slogan broke out after hard-line supporters of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad yelled out the familiar “Death to America” chant during the speech. And Nico Pitney of The Huffington Post posted a YouTube video showing an outdoors rally in Tehran today, in which he says the protesters are chanting in Farsi “Russia, do us a favor and let go of our country!”

The United States is directing the Mousavi revolution in Iran: Part 2
In a previous report I looked at the main instigators responsible for the violence and riots in Iran. The American government increased funding of Voice of America, the propaganda channel used to destabilize foreign nations and expand American influence, specifically to broadcast propaganda into Iran. My claims have now been confirmed by the Iranian government whose spokesperson Hassan Qashqavi had the following to say:
“They [the BBC and the VOA] are the mouthpiece of their government’s public diplomacy,” the BBC quoted Qashqavi as saying.
“They have two guidelines regarding Iran. One is to intensify ethnical and racial rifts within Iran and secondly to disintegrate the Iranian territories. Any contact with these channels, under any pretext or in any form, means contacting the enemy of the Iranian nation.
“How can they say they are unbiased when their TV channel is like a war headquarters and in fact they are blatantly commanding riots. Therefore their claims are absolutely wrong. Their governments have ratified decisions so that they can act in this way.”

Further evidence of the larger strategic importance behind the current events in Iran can be found when looking at the positions various groups take on the issue of election fraud. The American government and most European governments refuse to acknowledge the reelection of Ahmadinejad. However, Brazil, China and Russia congratulated Ahmadinejad with his reelection. Russia also refutes the claims of election fraud made by Westerners. All of this confirms my earlier claim that this campaign is aimed at destroying the alliance that exists between Iran, China and Russia.
Brzezinski, one of Obama's major foreign policy advisors, in his book, the Grand Chessboard had the following to say about the implications of an alliance between Russia China and Iran, an alliance that didn't exist yet back then:
Henceforth, the United States may have to determine
how to cope with regional coalitions that seek to push America out
of Eurasia, thereby threatening America's status as a global power.
However, whether any such coalitions do or do not arise to challenge
American primacy will in fact depend to a very large degree
on how effectively the United States responds to the major dilemmas
identified here.
Potentially, the most dangerous scenario would be a grand
coalition of China, Russia, and perhaps Iran, an "antihegemonic"
coalition united not by ideology but by complementary grievances.
It would be reminiscent in scale and scope of the challenge
once posed by the Sino-Soviet bloc, though this time China would
likely be the leader and Russia the follower. Averting this contingency,
however remote it may be, will require a display of U.S.
geostrategic skill on the western, eastern, and southern perimeters
of Eurasia simultaneously.
As some people know, Brzezinski's worst fear has become reality. Many 3rd world nations are forging anti-Western blocks to protect themselves against domination by the expanding military alliance of NATO and the various nations whose governments were overthrown by billionaires like George Soros. One of the most prominent of these alliances is between Russia, China and Iran.
An outcome that would be most in the interest of the United States involves a re-establishment of Iran's Pahlavi dynasty. Out of all dissident groups in Iran, the most dependent on CIA funding are the monarchists, who enjoy little support in Iran. Paul Joseph Watson explained in an article how Pahlavi could overtake the momentum of Mousavi, with Mousavi likely to lose popularity because of his suspected role in funding terrorism in Beirut. Although the Monarchist movement is small and fractured, Pahlavi's claim that unity is emerging between the various groups opposed against the curent Iranian government may mean that he has a chance of seeing his position as Shah of Iran restored.
It's interesting to note that monarchists seem opposed to the alliance between Iran China and Russia. A demonstration in Paris saw Iranian monarchists protest the Russia-China-Iran axis.
Update: It has come to my attention that the Chinese government is warning the Western world against orchestrating a colour revolution in Iran, and has called for the international community to recognize the election results in Iran. This confirms my allegations that what we are witnessing is an attempt by the U.S. goverment and it's allies to replace the current Iranian government that is allied with Russia and China with one that is allied with the West.

The United States is directing the Mousavi revolution in Iran
During the last years, the US has changed it's strategy on Iran. Although people were initially afraid of an Invasion, the US began a covert operation of funding dissident movements in Iran. The most well known of these are terrorist organizations.
In February of 2007 it became public that the US was funding the radical Baluchi separatist organization called Jundullah. The Telegraph reported:
Funding for their separatist causes comes directly from the CIA's classified budget but is now "no great secret", according to one former high-ranking CIA official in Washington who spoke anonymously to The Sunday Telegraph.
His claims were backed by Fred Burton, a former US state department counter-terrorism agent, who said: "The latest attacks inside Iran fall in line with US efforts to supply and train Iran's ethnic minorities to destabilise the Iranian regime."
Although Washington officially denies involvement in such activity, Teheran has long claimed to detect the hand of both America and Britain in attacks by guerrilla groups on its internal security forces. Last Monday, Iran publicly hanged a man, Nasrollah Shanbe Zehi, for his involvement in a bomb attack that killed 11 Revolutionary Guards in the city of Zahedan in Sistan-Baluchistan. An unnamed local official told the semi-official Fars news agency that weapons used in the attack were British and US-made.
Another less widespread report shows that the US was not just funding ethnic separatist groups in Iran, but other "Democratic" organizations as well. Global Research reported in June of noo7 that:
The Central Intelligence Agency has received approval at least twice in the last several years to conduct an “information war” against several countries in the Middle East, including Iran, Lebanon and Syria, according to current and former intelligence officials.In addition, the Bush Administration has been running operations out of the Defense Department that are not subject to Congressional oversight, intelligence sources say. These programs appear murkier, and have included support for an alleged terrorist group in Iran.
The supposed purpose of this CIA operation is to promote Democracy in Iran:
Iran is being targeted by the CIA's activities with a “pro-democracy” message, sources say, and the agency is supporting overt “pro-democracy” groups.
The program’s particulars are highly classified. Intelligence sources stress, however, that the groups being used are rather mainstream and the operations are almost entirely restricted to information warfare.
Sources would not identify what mechanism was being employed to distribute the propaganda, if it included news media, individuals or organizations, or whether that information was seeping back into domestic news reports.
One former intelligence case officer did explain that the CIA's program is operating largely outside of the Middle East and is aimed at identifying potential allies, as well as using already existing well known groups through whom information can be delivered. The type of “information” and the “groups” and “organizations” involved were not identified.
ABC News may have reported the presidential finding as “new” because of the recently passed massive intelligence budget. Under the bill, roughly $50 million was appropriated for the “Democracy Fund” and the “Broadcasting Board of Governors,” both earmarked for Iran operations.
Other groups besides the "Democracy Fund" and the "Broadcasting Board of Governors" are used in this operation as well, and one of them includes the Voice of America, as became apparent in July of 2008:
Since 2006, Congress has poured tens of millions of dollars into a State Department program aimed at promoting regime change in Iran.
The “Democracy Program” initiative has been shrouded in secrecy since its inception and many critics of the initiative (who are also outspoken critics of the Iranian government) believe that it is directly linked to a spate of arrests of dozens of Iranian dissidents suspected of working secretly with the Bush administration to topple the Iranian government.
Up until last November, the program was operated by the State Department’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs and overseen by David Denehy, the bureau’s senior adviser. The program was reportedly moved last November to the State Department's Bureau of Iranian Affairs. Denehy did not return calls for comment.
One of the influential figures who helped launch the democracy program was Elizabeth Cheney, the daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney, who as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, headed the Iran-Syria Policy and Operations Group and, with the financial help of a prominent Republican foundation, the International Republican Institute, financed efforts of dozens of Iranian and Syrian exiles to promote a campaign to overthrow their government leaders. Elizabeth Cheney left the State Department last year to work on Fred Thompson's presidential campaign.
An aggressive effort by the State Department to fund regime change in Iran is ongoing, but the State Department has refused to provide lawmakers with specific details of the program other than to say that the core mission of the initiative is to assist “those inside Iran who desire basic civil liberties such as freedom of expression, greater rights for women, more open political process, and broader freedom of the press.”
Congress has appropriated more than $120 million to fund the project. The State Department has spent most of the money on the U.S.-backed Radio Farda, Voice of America (VOA), Radio Free Europe, and to broadcast Persian programs into Iran via VOA satellite television.
Some funds, according to State Department sources familiar with the how the program is run, have also been secretly funneled to exile Iranian organizations, and politically connected individuals in order to help the U.S. establish contacts with Iranian opposition groups.
In June of 2007, the State Department said it would spend $16 million on democracy promotion projects that extends beyond broadcasting. However, to date the State Department has not released details on how it intends to obligate or expend those funds.
Voice of America was mentioned again in an article by Newsmax.com when discussing the current protests over the reelection of Ahmadinejad. From an article named "State Department Backs 'Reformists' in Wild Iranian Election" by Kenneth Zimmerman we learn:
Supporters of “reformist” candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi, with the backing of the Persian Service of Voice of America, claim to have discovered a secret “fatwa” or religious ruling issued by a radical cleric close to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. They contend that it encourages bureaucrats at the Interior Ministry to do “whatever it takes” to get their man elected.

“It would be one thing if they just closed their eyes,” Roozbeh Farahanipour, a spokesman for Marze Por Gohar, told Newsmax. “But it’s as if the State Department and Voice of America had become campaign advisers to Mousavi.” Some Iranians believe that has happened. Saeed Behbehani, the owner of Mihan TV in suburban Washington, D.C., says he recently spoke with a well-known Iranian-American businessman who boasts of his ties to the State Department and who just returned from a trip to Dubai. The businessman said he met with Mousavi’s campaign manager, Mehdi Khazali. “The day after they met, VOA put Khazali on the air,” Behbehani said. Some of the VOA broadcasters themselves are upset at how slanted the U.S.-taxpayer funded network has become. “People have apologized to me for disinviting me,” said Farahanipour, who was scheduled to talk about an election boycott on VOA last week. “They told me they were given instructions by their bosses to beat the drum of participation.”
The article proceeds to remind us of revolutions we have seen in Georgia and Ukraine that were executed in similar ways:

Voice of America's heavy involvement in this new revolution becomes clear not just from the high voter participation during this election, but also from the following article:
Iranians today flooded the Voice of America (VOA) with videos, pictures, e-mails and calls from inside Iran as the popular U.S. broadcaster’s Persian News Network (PNN) launched a morning show to cover the country’s tumultuous post-election events.
“We’re leading all the Persian News Network (PNN) shows with news from Iran, giving our viewers the latest information and interacting with our audience inside the country,” said Alex Belida, acting director of PNN, whose original satellite-television broadcasts reach almost 30% of Iranian adults every week.
PNN’s new breakfast show aired for two hours today, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tehran time, and will continue as an hour-long special for the foreseeable future, examining events in Iran in the aftermath of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s declared victory. Supporters of Mir Hossein Mousavi have protested the election results. In advance of the election, VOA created new TV satellite paths to circumvent jamming by the Iranian government.
Besides news videos, PNN has received and aired home-made videos and pictures delivered to a YouSendIt address. The videos provide on-the-spot accounts of events inside Iran, including protests which have turned violent in some cases.
PNN’s viewers have emailed comments that are posted on PNN blogs, Facebook, a dedicated YouTube channel and other social media sites. Callers have phoned in to various PNN shows.
PNN journalists have fanned out to cover expatriate communities in the United States, Dubai and Malaysia, and interviewed constitutional experts about the election and its aftermath.
In addition to the new morning show, VOA’s PNN broadcasts seven hours of television daily, repeated in a 24-hour format, and five hours of radio. Broadcasts are available on demand on the Internet at www.VOANews.com/Persian.
The Pentagon has for years made preparations to use the Internet as a weapon. It should come as no surprise that the usual suspects are using the Internet to spread their disinformation and attack media websites in Iran as well. Israel is using Twitter to spread propaganda. The American CIA is even attacking Iranian media websites using DDOS attacks.
Technology magazine Wired.com reports on an "Intelligence analyst" who joined the attack on Iranian websites:
More and more of Iran’s pro-government websites are under assault, as opposition forces launch web attacks on the Tehran regime’s online propaganda arms. What started out as an attempt to overload a small set of official sites has now expanded, network security consultant Dancho Danchev notes. News outlets like Raja News are being attacked, too. The semi-official Fars News site is currently unavailable. “We turned our collective power and outrage into a serious weapon that we could use at our will, without ever having to feel the consequences. We practiced distributed, citizen-based warfare,” writes Matthew Burton, a former U.S. intelligence analyst who joined in the online assaults, thanks to a “push-button tool that would, upon your click, immediately start bombarding 10 Web sites with requests.”
A deeper investigation into Burton reveals the man was also involved in the American orchestrated revolution in Ukraine:
When Matthew Burton arrived at the Defense Intelligence Agency in January 2003, he was excited about getting to his computer. Burton, who was then 22, had long been interested in international relations: he had studied Russian politics and interned at the U.S. consulate in Ukraine, helping to speed refugee applications of politically persecuted Ukrainians.

By way of contrast, every night when Burton went home, he was reminded of how good the everyday Internet had become at connecting dots. “Web 2.0” technologies that encourage people to share information — blogs, photo-posting sites like Flickr or the reader-generated encyclopedia Wikipedia — often made it easier to collaborate with others. When the Orange Revolution erupted in Ukraine in late 2004, Burton went to Technorati, a search engine that scours the “blogosphere,” to find the most authoritative blog postings on the subject. Within minutes, he had found sites with insightful commentary from American expatriates who were talking to locals in Kiev and on-the-fly debates among political analysts over what it meant. Because he and his fellow spies were stuck with outdated technology, they had no comparable way to cooperate — to find colleagues with common interests and brainstorm online.
The US has to be careful to hide it's involvement in this revolution to the youth of Iran. If Mousavi appeared to be an American or Israeli frontman he would immediately lose much of his support:
Gary G. Sick, who worked on Iranian affairs for three U.S. administrations, says the reelection of Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad amounted to an internal political coup that stole victory from Mir-Hossein Moussavi. Sick says that it would be wise, however, for the Obama administration to say as little as possible about the election right now, so as to not undercut the Iranian opposition. "No matter what was said or done by the administration, it would be interpreted as intervention and would actually undercut severely the position of the reformists as they would be tagged as 'tools of the West,'" he says.
However, in American elitist circles, the benefits to the American Empire if Mousavi were to be elected can be openly discussed. If Mousavi were to be elected, the US would gain a strong ally in the Middle East according to Leslie Gelb, emirus director at the CFR:
If President Ahmadinejad doesn't steal Iran's presidential election on June 12, and if Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei doesn't overturn the results, that tumultuous country could be on a path to becoming America's most important partner in the region. Those are big ifs. And the road forward will be most difficult. But so far, the electioneering has probably been the freest ever in that part of the world, and the leading challenger, Mir Hussein Mousavi, talks like a man the White House could work with on some of the most vexing and dangerous regional issues.
Webster Tarpley has done research into the plans the Obama administration has for Iran. As unlikely as it may have seemed back then, his prediction is starting to look like a likely outcome of the current revolution in Iran, and a good explanation of how the US would benefit from an ally like Iran from a Geo-political perspective:
The US government is now being run by the Principals' Committee, an interagency cabal that includes Defense Secretary Gates, Secretary Of State Rice, Joint Chiefs Chairman Mullen, Secretary of the Treasury Paulson, and other operatives of the Trilateral Wall Street financier faction. It is clear that under the new policy, Iran will be able to continue to process uranium: 'The Bush administration's decision to send a senior American official to participate in international talks with "More news and information about Iran." Iran this weekend reflects a double policy shift in the struggle to resolve the impasse over the country's nuclear program. First, the Bush administration has decided to abandon its longstanding position that it would meet face to face with Iran only after that country suspended its uranium enrichment, as demanded by the "More articles about Security Council, U.N."

This gambit of appeasing Iran is being done in the hopes of turning Iran against Russia and China a project of incalculable folly. Brzezinski is glad to see the Iranians have nukes, because he thinks he can keep them, pointed at Moscow.

Today we must recognize the danger that is presented to the world should Obama intervene to use the neocon's fixation on Iran , to put forth a strategy that then creates a rift between Iran and Russia .
First we must understand that Russia and Iran 's relationship has not always been a friendly one, as a demonstrated by the Soviet's hegemonic attitudes. Be that as it may, presently there is cooperation between Iran and Russia as regards economic development starting with the most important issue of the building of nuclear reactors in Iran . Such development is something we should welcome rather than using as the ruse or fuse with which to push needless conflict. We know that from the Presidential Campaign that Obama talked about talking with the Iranians. While this would seem positive, astute observers realize a monster beneath the surface. Characterized as "appeasement' such a strategy of a new relationship with Iran can be understood that Obama seeks to use, rather than destroy Iran . The use of Iran would be to perhaps use it as part of the crescent surrounding Russia .
Another Analyst at Rense.com has the following to say:
Warmonger Barak Obama is at it again, not only does he promote chaos in Asia with his program of bombing Pakistan , but now he is promoting a conflict between Russia and Iran .

Further background to this latest development is the fact, provided by Obama Secretary of Defence Robert Gates, is that relates the story in a speech how on Nov 19, 1974 he and Brzezinksi met with top ministers of Ayatolah Komeni to discuss arms for hostages, stating that their common enemy is Russia. SEC. GATES: I have been involved in the search for the elusive Iranian moderate for 30 years. (Laughter.) I was in the first meeting that took place between a senior U.S. government official and the leadership of the Iranian government in Algiers at the end of October, 1979. Brzezinski -- the Iranian prime minister, defense minister and foreign minister asked to meet with Brzezinski, who was in Algiers for the 25th anniversary of the Algerian Revolution and I was with him. He asked me to go as the note-taker. And he walked into that meeting and, in essence, said, "We will accept your revolution. We will recognize your country. We will recognize your government. We will sell you all the weapons that we had contracted to sell the Shah. We have a common enemy to your north. We can work together in the future." Their response was, "Give us the Shah." This as reported by the AP from the 2/29/08 address by Gates to the National Military University, confirming where arms for hostage started, and provides another angle with which to situate what Obama's ominous opportunism with Gates's speech which had plenty of emphasis on Russia as a problem.
It's interesting to note that Mousavi and his friends and allies played a major role in Iran-Contra. It is likely that this is how these people won the trust of American interests that are currently trying to install Mousavi as the new leader of Iran. When it comes to Mousavi, all roads lead back to Iran-Contra. On June 4 of this year, WSWS reported:
As prime minister from 1981 to 1989, Mousavi oversaw social austerity measures imposed to finance the Iran-Iraq war. At the time, he was a proponent of normalizing relations with the US and recognizing Arab regimes. In the lead-up to the American Iran-Contra scandal in the late 1980s, as the US and Israel sold weapons to Iran, Mousavi organized arms purchases from Israel and oversaw the repression of opposition to the negotiations with US officials on weapons—including the execution of prominent Iranian politician Mehdi Hashemi, who had led a Tehran demonstration against these covert arms deals.
One of Mousavi's friends is the arms dealer Manuchehr Ghorbanifar (spelling varies, he is also known as Manucher Ghorbanifar):
In any ordinary business, Manucher Ghorbanifar would cut an implausibly mysterious figure. Officially, he has been a shipping executive in Tehran and a commodities trader in France. By his own account he was a refugee from the revolutionary government of Ayatullah Ruhollah Khomeini, which confiscated his businesses in Iran, yet he later became a trusted friend and kitchen adviser to Mir Hussein Mousavi, Prime Minister in the Khomeini government. Some U.S. officials who have dealt with Ghorbanifar praise him highly. Says Michael Ledeen, adviser to the Pentagon on counterterrorism: "He is one of the most honest, educated, honorable men I have ever known." Others call him a liar who, as one puts it, could not tell the truth about the clothes he is wearing.

To be sure, Ghorbanifar and Khashoggi insist that their intention in putting American and Iranian officials in touch was to bring about a diplomatic rapprochement between the two countries -- "the biggest historical opportunity of the decade for the free world," as Ghorbanifar modestly puts it. Not that the two were being entirely altruistic, even by their own account; they hoped eventually to earn enormous commissions by brokering trade of all sorts between the U.S. and Iran. To hear Ghorbanifar and Khashoggi tell the story, they raised money to set up the arms sales as a kind of opening wedge and then fell victim to American duplicity that cost them millions. "I have lost $3.7 million of my own money, my own hard-earned money!" screams Ghorbanifar, waving his arms wildly in an interview with TIME. "Be ki begam! Be ki begam!" That is a Farsi phrase meaning "Whom can I tell?" that he interjects virtually every two sentences.
This man has a decades long relationship with the CIA and possibly the Mossad.
HistoryCommons.org has a list of meetings he has had during the past years with CIA agents and other prominent American politicians. Credits for this discovery go to Reza Fiyouzat who has more information about the man here. The article by Fiyouzat also shows how Ghorbanifar was used by the Americans as a way to influence Mousavi himself. It mentions:
"On or about November 25, 1985, Ledeen received a frantic phone call from Ghorbanifar, asking him to relay a message from [Mir-Hossein Mousavi] the prime minister of Iran to President Reagan regarding the shipment of the wrong type of HAWKs. Ledeen said the message essentially was "we've been holding up our part of the bargain, and here you people are now cheating us and tricking us and deceiving us and you had better correct this situation right away.''
A prominent Iranian backer of Mousavi is the wealthy Rafsanjani. The Asia Times report the following about his support for Mousavi:
If we are to leave out the largely inconsequential "Gucci crowd" of north Tehran, who no doubt imparted a lot of color, verve and mirth to Mousavi's campaign, the hardcore of his political platform comprised powerful vested interests who were making a last-ditch attempt to grab power from the Khamenei-led regime. On the one hand, these interest groups were severely opposed to the economic policies under Ahmadinejad, which threatened their control of key sectors such as foreign trade, private education and agriculture.
For those who do not know Iran better, suffice to say that the Rafsanjani family clan owns vast financial empires in Iran, including foreign trade, vast landholdings and the largest network of private universities in Iran. Known as Azad there are 300 branches spread over the country, they are not only money-spinners but could also press into Mousavi's election campaign an active cadre of student activists numbering some 3 million.
The Azad campuses and auditoria provided the rallying point for Mousavi's campaign in the provinces. The attempt was to see that the campaign reached the rural poor in their multitudes who formed the bulk of voters and constituted Ahmadinejad's political base. Rafsanjani's political style is to build up extensive networking in virtually all the top echelons of the power structure, especially bodies such as the Guardian Council, Expediency Council, the Qom clergy, Majlis, judiciary, bureaucracy, Tehran bazaar and even elements within the circles close to Khamenei. He called into play these pockets of influence.
Rafsanjani's axis with Khatami was the basis of Mousavi's political platform of reformists and conservatives. The four-cornered contest was expected to give a split verdict that would force the election into a run-off on June 19. The candidature of the former Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Commander Mohsen Rezai (who served under Rafsanjani when he was president) was expected to slice off a chunk of IRGC cadres and prominent conservatives.
Again, the fourth candidate, Mehdi Karrubi's "reformist" program was expected to siphon off support from Ahmedinejad, by virtue of his offer of economic policies based on social justice such as the immensely popular idea of distributing income from oil among the people rather than it accruing to the government's budget.
Rafsanjani's plot was to somehow extend the election to the run-off stage, where Mousavi was expected to garner the "anti-Ahmedinejad" votes. The estimation was that at the most Ahmedinejad would poll in the first round 10 to 12 million votes out of the 28 to 30 million who might actually vote (out of a total electorate of 46.2 million) and, therefore, if only the election extended to the run-off, Mousavi would be the net beneficiary as the votes polled by Rezai and Karrubi were essentially "anti-Ahmadinejad" votes.
The regime was already well into the election campaign when it realized that behind the clamor for a change of leadership in the presidency, Rafsanjani's challenge was in actuality aimed at Khamenei's leadership and that the election was a proxy war. The roots of the Rafsanjani-Khamenei rift go back to the late 1980s when Khamenei assumed the leadership in 1989.
Rafsanjani developed ties with the American intelligence community during Iran Contra as well:
Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the speaker of the Iranian parliament, quickly confirms McFarlane’s visit, but adds elements to the story that many from all sides of the issue find hard to believe, including claims that McFarlane and his companions used Irish passports to enter Iran, and were posing as the flight crew of a plane carrying military equipment Iran had purchased from international arms dealers. Rafsanjani claims that McFarlane and his companions brought gifts of a Bible signed by Ronald Reagan, a cake shaped like a key (to symbolize an opening of better relations between Iran and the US), and a number of Colt pistols to be given to Iranian officials. Rafsanjani says that he and other Iranian officials were outraged at the visit, kept McFarlane and his party under virtual house arrest for five days, and threw them out, sparking the following complaint from McFarlane: “You are nuts. We have come to solve your problems, but this is how you treat us. If I went to Russia to buy furs, [Mikhail] Gorbachev would come to see me three times a day.” US officials say that Rafsanjani’s embellishments are sheer invention designed to humiliate the US and bolster Iran’s perception around the world. They confirm that McFarlane, North, and two bodyguards did visit Tehran, but bore neither Bible, cake, nor pistols; they did stay in Tehran four or five days, and met with numerous Iranian officials, perhaps including Rafsanjani. The officials are unclear about exactly what was accomplished, though apparently no new deals were concluded.
US Arms Deals with Iran Revealed - Though Rafsanjani’s account may be fanciful in its details, the effect of the Al Shiraa report is to blow the cover off of the US’s complex arms-for-hostage deals with Iran. While Al Shiraa does not mention the hostage deal, Rafsanjani does, saying that if the US and France meet certain conditions—the unfreezing of Iranian financial assets and the release of what he calls political prisoners held “in Israel and other parts of the world,” then “as a humanitarian gesture we will let our friends in Lebanon know our views” about the release of American and French hostages.
After American interests organized a fraudulent pseudo-Democratic revolution in Georgia to overthrow the Georgian government and install Sakashvili, the new leader proceeded to attack South Ossetia, starting a war that killed hundreds of people and had a real risk of escalating and turning into a real war comparable to the invasion of Afghanistan by the Soviet Union. The only way to prevent what we saw in Georgia from happening in Iran as well is by documenting this American attempt to take over Iran. People, but especially American neo-liberals, need to understand the situation and who stands to gain before choosing a side, because both sides represent tyranny. As we see with the Free Tibet Movement, the Save Darfur movement now, and have seen with the babies that were supposedly taken out of Incubators in Kuwait, the American establishment knows all too well how to influence the public opinion to suit it's own agenda.

Is Procter and Gamble funding a mass sterilization campaign? Part 2
In part one of this Report about Procter and Gamble's supposedly philanthropic campaign against Tetanus we looked at the family that owns this company, their involvement in forced sterilization and eugenics, and the evidence that shows how Tetanus vaccines are used to sterilize women under the guise of protecting their infants against neonatal Tetanus.
Part two will take a deeper look at P&G, the people involved and various activities that appear to have served the same purpose as this new campaign.
In 1955, P&G brought the first brand of toothpaste containing Sodium Fluoride on the market, it was called "Crest".
This was around the same time as the Aluminum Industry began advocating the fluoridation of water to prevent tooth decay. They gave the advise not to use the term Sodium Fluoride because people knew Sodium Fluoride as a rat poison. It should be known by most people by now that Fluoride causes brain damage, but less frequently heard is the fact that Fluoride ingestion is linked to infertility as well. Fluoridealert.org has posted a large amount of studies that prove that levels of Fluoride humans are exposed to on a daily basis are enough to cause infertility. One study for example mentioned that:
"Decreased testosterone concentrations in skeletal fluorosis patients and in males drinking the same water as the patients but with no clinical manifestations of the disease compared with those of normal, healthy males living in areas nonendemic for fluorosis suggest that fluoride toxicity may cause adverse effects in the reproductive system of males living in fluorosis endemic areas."
Another study showed that the birth rate decreased in counties with higher levels of Fluoride in the water:
"A review of fluoride toxicity showed decreased fertility in most animal species studied. The current study was to see whether fluoride would also affect human birth rates. A U.S. database of drinking water systems was used to identify index counties with water systems reporting fluoride levels of at least 3 ppm. These and adjacent counties were grouped in 30 regions spread over 9 states... Most regions showed an association of decreasing TFR [Total Fertility Rate] with increasing fluoride levels. Meta-analysis of the region-specific results confirmed that the combined result was a negative TFR/fluoride association with a consensus combined p value of .0002-.0004, depending on the analytical scenario. There is no evidence that this outcome resulted from selection bias, inaccurate data, or improper analytical methods."
Fluoride causes infertility in women as well, one reason for this is that Fluoride causes an earlier onset of puberty by damaging the Pineal Gland, and an early onset of puberty has been linked to infertility later in life. Another is that Fluoride exposure is linked to a higher risk of spontaneous abortions.
Studies in animals have been done to explain the reason for this decrease in fertility:
The present study was aimed to determine the reproductive toxic effects of male rat after ingestion of NaF [4.5-9 ppm] through drinking water. The route chosen in this study for exposure was via drinking water to mimic human exposure and to reflect the impact on fertility, after chronic ingestion. (...) Besides decreased sperm count, sperm motility, the sperm viability and HOS sperm coiling percentages were also adversely affected in NaF-exposed rats.
The 4.5 to 9 parts per million is a fraction of the 1000 parts per million found in most toothpastes nowadays, including the first brand introduced by P & G.
After studies showed that Fluoride exposure is linked to cancer, Procter and Gamble began to fund studies to attempt to disprove this link. However, thanks to the Freedom of Information act it became apparent that their own studies also found a link to cancer.
Another product introduced by Procter and Gamble that may be linked to infertility are disposable diapers of it's Pampers brand. In 1961 P&G brought the first disposable diapers on the market.
Two studies have been done that linked Pampers to infertility. A study funded by Greenpeace found high levels of Tributyltin oxide (TBT) in Pampers, a hormone pollutant. Scientists that want to measure the levels of TBT in the water do so by looking at the number of intersex snails they find.
German scientists believe they may have found the explanation for the sharp rise in male infertility during the past 25 years by looking at the increase in scrotal temperature in infants that wear Pampers. An article from ABC news mentions that:
"The researchers placed 48 babies in plastic Pampers and cotton diapers and compared their scrotal temperatures for the next 24 hours. They found a 1 degree Celcius rise in the babies who wore plastic diapers."
As the shareholders of companies appoint the members of the board of Directors it should be no surprise that we find many members of the American elite with links to population control on the board of P&G. Dick Cheney served on the board from 1993 until 2000.
Like Dick Cheney, current board member Kenneth Chenault is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Another current board member is Rajat Kumar Gupta, a top globalist with numerous connections to various agencies involved in Population Control. For example, Rajat Gupta serves as an advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Gupta also serves as an advisor to the Secretary General of the United Nations. The most important link this man has to Population Control may be the fact that in 2006 he was appointed as a Trustee to the Rockefeller Foundation, at the same time as David Rockefeller Jr.
As I showed in the Rockefeller Timeline, the Rockefeller Family has a long history of involvement in Population Control. The Rockefeller Foundation in particular has provided funding for the Factories used for China's One Child Policy. But the most relevant operation of the Rockefeller Foundation to this report is it's funding of the development of a Tetanus vaccine that sterilizes women. A document from 1995 lists the Rockefeller Foundation among a group of other organizations that funded the development of an anti-fertility vaccine using Tetanus and human pregnancy hormones. The chilling document mentions that:
"A priest, president of Human Life International (HLI) based in Maryland, has asked Congress to investigate reports of women in some developing countries unknowingly receiving a tetanus vaccine laced with the anti-fertility drug human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). If it is true, he wants Congress to publicly condemn the mass vaccinations and to cut off funding to UN agencies and other involved organizations. The natural hormone hCG is needed to maintain pregnancy. The hormone would produce antibodies against hCG to prevent pregnancy. In the fall of 1994, the Pro Life Committee of Mexico was suspicious of the protocols for the tetanus toxoid campaign because they excluded all males and children and called for multiple injections of the vaccine in only women of reproductive age. Yet, one injection provides protection for at least 10 years. The Committee had vials of the tetanus vaccine analyzed for hCG. It informed HLI about the tetanus toxoid vaccine. HLI then told its World Council members and HLI affiliates in more than 60 countries. Similar tetanus vaccines laced with hCG have been uncovered in the Philippines and in Nicaragua. In addition to the World Health Organization (WHO), other organizations involved in the development of an anti-fertility vaccine using hCG include the UN Population Fund, the UN Development Programme, the World Bank, the Population Council, the Rockefeller Foundation, the US National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and Uppsala, Helsinki, and Ohio State universities. The priest objects that, if indeed the purpose of the mass vaccinations is to prevent pregnancies, women are uninformed, unsuspecting, and unconsenting victims."
I posted a large amount of evidence that showed how the vaccination campaigns are used to sterilize women in part 1 of this report, but I want to conclude this part by looking at two reports that have gone nearly unmentioned on English language websites.
A human rights activist website that takes action against this modern forced sterilization has a news article providing detailed evidence of this vaccine having caused spontaneous abortions in women who were told they were vaccinated against Tetanus. It mentions among other things:
"Using a immunological assay developed by the Food and Drug Administration in the United States, a three-doctor research panel tested forty-seven vials of tetanus vaccine collected at random from various
health centers in Luzon and Mindanao.2 Nine were found to contain hCG in levels ranging from 0.191680 mIU/ml to 3.046061 mIU/ml. These vaccines, most of which were labeled as of Canadian origin, were supplied by the World Health Organization as part of a WHO-sponsored vaccination program."
The strongest evidence it mentions are accounts of women who developed antibodies against HCG and had miscarriages, after taking this vaccine:
Individual women who have lost children to miscarriage after accepting the anti tetanus vaccine have already been found to
have antibodies to hCG. Dr. Vilma Gonzales had two miscarriages after receiving the tetanus vaccine and became suspicious.
She had her blood tested for anti-hCG antibodies and found, to her great sorrow, that these were present "in high levels."
Another document confirms this claim:
"But new tests designed to detect the presence of hCG antibodies inthe blood sera of women vaccinated with the tetanus toxoid vaccinewere undertaken by Philippine pro- life and Catholic groups. Ofthirty women tested subsequent to receiving tetanus toxoid vaccine,twenty-six tested positive for high levels of anti-hCG antibodies! Ifthere were no hCG in the vaccine, or if it were present in only"insignificant" quantities, why were the vaccinated women found to beharboring anti-hCG antibodies? The WHO and the DOH had no answers." A study done in Argentine found evidence of hCG in the vaccines as well.It found this hormone in not just the Tetanus vaccine, but alsoin the Polio vaccine. This type of Polio vaccine is only used in the 3rdworld nowadays. A patent of the anti-fertility vaccine shows that it can also be used with not just Tetanusbut also Polio:"The preparation of beta sub-unit of human chorionic gonadotropin free of determinants capable of reacting with high affinity with anti LHsera is then reacted with a subject-compatible, immunogenic carriersuch a tetanus toxoid in desired proportions using a condensing agent,thus conjugating the beta sub-unit with the carrier. Suitable carriersfor use in preparing the vaccine of the present invention includetetanus toxoid, polymerized flagellin, KLH (Keyhole Lympet Hemocyanin),dextran, heat or irradiation inactivated polio and yellow feverviruses, heat or irradiation inactivated typhoid and paratyphoidvaccines, cholera toxoid, Bacillus of Calmette and Guerin,antiplasmodium vaccine, pertussis and diphtheria toxoid andbiodegradable polymers, such as polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, collagen,synthetic polypeptides, and polynucleotides.
"All of this confirms reports from Nigeria that the Oral Polio Vaccine contains sterilizing substances:
"The Supreme Council for Sharia, one of the respected Muslim organisations in the predominantly Muslim region of northern Nigeria, has asked the government to halt the immunisation programme, claiming it has evidence to show that the vaccine contains anti-fertility substances. The secretary general of the Supreme Council for Sharia in Nigeria, Dr Ibrahim Datti Ahmed, said the application of the oral polio vaccine should be suspended to allow time for the investigation of the council’s claim. Dr Datti said investigations by his organisation have found that recently declassified US documents show that the United States had had a policy, since 1975, that promoted the depopulation of African and Muslim countries."
The document Dr Datti refers to is NSSM 200.
Another Nigerian doctor reported his finding to LifeSiteNews:
KADUNA, Nigeria, March 11, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A UNICEF campaign to vaccinate Nigeria's youth against polio may have been a front for sterilizing the nation. Dr. Haruna Kaita, a pharmaceutical scientist and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, took samples of the vaccine to labs in India for analysis.
Using WHO-recommended technologies like Gas Chromatography (GC) and Radio-Immuno assay, Dr. Kaita, upon analysis, found evidence of serious contamination. "Some of the things we discovered in the vaccines are harmful, toxic; some have direct effects on the human reproductive system," he said in an interview with Kaduna's Weekly Trust. "I and some other professional colleagues who are Indians who were in the Lab could not believe the discovery," he said.
A Nigerian government doctor tried to persuade Dr. Kaita that the contaminants would have no bearing on human reproduction. "…I was surprised when one of the federal government doctors was telling me something contrary to what I have learned, studied, taught and is the common knowledge of all pharmaceutical scientists -- that estrogen cannot induce an anti-fertility response in humans," he said. "I found that argument very disturbing and ridiculous."
When asked by the Trust why Dr. Kaita felt the drug manufacturers would have contaminated the Oral Polio Vaccine, he gave three reasons:
"These manufacturers or promoters of these harmful things have a secret agenda which only further research can reveal.
Secondly they have always taken us in the third world for granted, thinking we don't have the capacity, knowledge and equipment to conduct tests that would reveal such contaminants. And very unfortunately they also have people to defend their atrocities within our midst, and worst still some of these are supposed to be our own professionals who we rely on to protect our interests."
Dr. Kaita is demanding that "those who imported this fake drug in the name of Polio Vaccines…be prosecuted like any other criminal."
The campaign to rid Nigeria of polio is in its fourth year. Officials there claim that all contaminated vaccines have been exhausted and replaced by uncontaminated batches.
In a rhetorical conclusion to the interview, Dr. Kaita asked "What plans has the government put in place to help children who have been given these toxic and contaminated vaccines in case they start reacting to them?"
Population control policies that grew out of Eugenics are implemented by stealth throughout the world.
Many 3rd world nations resist these operations and as a result their people are sterilized and their children aborted by force by the Eugenicists instead of voluntarily, but Westerners have been trained to go along with their nations' depopulation.
They have been convinced that this is somehow about their "Reproductive freedom" instead of reducing the World's population.
As the various quotes from Frederick Osborn and other Eugenicists show however the plan has always been to depopulate the nations and tell the people this is part of some newly earned freedom. But as the forced sterilization campaigns continue and sperm counts in Europe continue to drop by 3% a year, people will find out that reproductive freedom and the threat of overpopulation were little more than marketing tools to get people to embrace their own destruction.
Yes, one can see that you would have to have the 'protection' of being in GAOL - to get the above out, to the PUBLIC - wouldn't you?
Even if you were a member of the ROCKEFELLER family...
So what can I summarise here for myself...
They create the virus and target populations...
They then create a 'vaccine' or 'antidote' which may or may not work...
If it doesn't work - you could be left INFERTILE/STERILE or with BRAIN DAMAGE...
Anybody for AUTISM or early ALZHEIMERS?
...and in the main, all for profit and an interest in 'population control' i.e. attempting to kill off any group of people that you don't happen to like...
So one can see why DEMENTIA and EARLY ALZHEIMERS has risen so steeply in this country, over recent years - the 'powers that be' do not want to keep you alive after your 'working years' i.e. past 60 years old, at the latest.

Recently, Obama has taken over GM, Chrysler, the banks, executive wages, free speech, etc... all unlawfully enacted with our tax dollars, tacitly approved by our silence... Obama's even appointed Czars over nearly every aspect of our lives... and now he's set his lordly sights on our healthcare...
In an interview published by the New York Times on Tuesday, Mr. Obama continued by saying the need for honest brokers "certainly [is] true when it comes to Medicare and Medicaid, where the taxpayers are footing the bill and we have an obligation to get those costs under control." Some would say that is exactly the problem with government-run health care: Considerations of cost come before care, and sometimes rules before reason.
It's a scary picture the president paints. He stated that "the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives are accounting for potentially 80 percent of the total health care bill out here." For them, he said, "I think that there is going to have to be a conversation that is guided by doctors, scientists, ethicists. And then there is going to have to be a very difficult democratic conversation that takes place. It is very difficult to imagine the country making those decisions just through the normal political channels."
Obama wants health care rationing. Rationing: the controlled distribution of resources and scarce goods or services. Obama wants to control the distribution of health care in America. In short, Obama wants to decide who lives and who dies.
Lord Obama believes there's just not enough to go around to continue providing health care for the chronically ill and elderly, who apparently account for "80 percent of the total health care bill". Apparently, there is enough money to go around to the banks, however. Obama has given Trillions of taxpayer funds to the banks without a trace of oversight or accountability to the taxpayer yet he says there's not enough to keep Grandma around - or YOU should you fall gravely ill.
Obama has dedicated billions to “bailout” the banksters at the behest of the financial elite. But when it comes to health care “reform” for the American people, his solution is to implement a Nazi-styled system that will do away with “useless eaters.”Is it any suprise that Obama, who supports the use of "Comfort Rooms" for unwanted born children to die in, is now raising high the banner for rationed health care? RATIONED HEALTH CARE. Let that sink in a minute...
3 unConstitutional wars. Illegal Wiretaps. Czars around every corner scrutinizing everyone's every move. Comfort Rooms. Trillion dollar banker bailouts. Billion dollar car-manufacturer buyouts. Audit the Federal Reserve (HR 1207)

As you may or may not know, Ron Paul has a bill before Congress (HR 1207) that will allow us to audit the Federal Reserve! The Federal Reserve is a PRIVATE bank that issues our money and taxes us for the interest on the money they "loan" us. The Fed has been in place since 1913 and HAS NEVER BEEN AUDITED!

Lately, the Federal Reserve has refused to account for the trillions of dollars spent in the bailout! The UN's Jacques Diouf recently warned that this year an additional 104 million people are likely to go hungry, while the number of people considered hungry in 2007 increased by some 75 million and further 40 million joined the ranks in 2008. An estimated 13 million people die every year from starvation, and those who survive growing up malnutrated often suffer from brain damage and a low IQ for the rest of their lives.
The reason isn't our inability to stop this, or overpopulation in the 3rd world. This worsening global famine that kills 13 million people every year could be completely eliminated, and all it would take would be a yearly investment of 30 billion dollar to double the global food production. This is less than the money the US spends on the war in Iraq every three months.
Starvation is an ancient weapon, and it was heavily used by the British Empire to control it's colonies. George Monbiot wrote in the Guardian:
In his book Late Victorian Holocausts, published in 2001, Mike Davis tells the story of famines that killed between 12 and 29 million Indians. These people were, he demonstrates, murdered by British state policy. When an El Niño drought destituted the farmers of the Deccan plateau in 1876 there was a net surplus of rice and wheat in India. But the viceroy, Lord Lytton, insisted that nothing should prevent its export to England. In 1877 and 1878, at the height of the famine, grain merchants exported a record 6.4m hundredweight of wheat. As the peasants began to starve, officials were ordered "to discourage relief works in every possible way". The Anti-Charitable Contributions Act of 1877 prohibited"at the pain of imprisonment private relief donations that potentially interfered with the market fixing of grain prices". The only relief permitted in most districts was hard labour, from which anyone in an advanced state of starvation was turned away. In the labour camps, the workers were given less food than inmates of Buchenwald. In 1877, monthly mortality in the camps equated to an annual death rate of 94%.
British elites recommended in books that food be used as a weapon to reduce the world's population. Bertrand Russel for example wrote:
“To deal with this problem [increasing population and decreasing food supplies]
it will be necessary to find ways of preventing an increase in world population. If this is to be done otherwise than by wars, pestilence, and famines, it will demand a powerful international authority. This authority should deal out the world’s food to the various nations in proportion to their population at the time of the establishment of the authority. If any nation subsequently increased its population it should not on that account receive any more food. The motive for not increasing population would therefore be very compelling. What method of preventing an increase might be preferred should be left to each state to decide.” - 124
Currently a powerful international authority exists that deals out food to various nations. It's called the World Food Programme, the food aid branch of the United Nations.
On January 28 this year, The Times reported that President Obama wants a fresh approach to toppling Robert Mugabe and is discussing with aides an unprecedented, US-led diplomatic push to get tough new UN sanctions imposed against the Zimbabwe regime.
The Times went on to say that a key figure in any new approach will be Susan Rice, Obama's ambassador to the United Nations.
Just one day later, another British paper, the Guardian reported that the United Nations World Food Program would halve the food rations for Zimbabwe.
The World Food Programme is to cut the core maize ration in February from 10kg to 5kg a month – or just 600 calories a day – for 7 million Zimbabweans, about 70% of the people left in the country. The recommended ration is 12kg a month.
As a Rhodes Scholar, and more importantly, a member of the Executive commitee of the Trilateral commision, Susan Rice is a top globalist.
The United States officially recognizes food as a political weapon so this move should come as no surprise. In 1976 a follow up report to Henry Kissinger's NSSM 200 was published by his successor as national security advisor. It raised the following questions along with recommended answers to these issues:
Would food be considered an instrument of national power? (Yes.) On what basis should such food resources then be provided? (To countries with Population Control Programs in place.)
In Afghanistan it appears that top US military personnel wanted to use food as a weapon as well.According to Bob Woodward, an unnamed two-star general was going to give Bush a presentation, with one slide labeled, “Thinking Outside the Box—Poisoning Food Supply.” National Security Council staffer Franklin Miller showed this to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice and pointed out that the US is legally prohibited from committing chemical or biological attacks. Rice talked to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and the two of them agreed to take the slide out of the presentation before Bush would see it.Afghanistan now has about 8.5 million inhabitants on the brink of starvation.
Other organisations are implicated in the global famines we see as well, including the IMF and the World Bank. On 4 july 2002, in the British Parliament, IMF Managing Director, Horst Koehler, blamed the World Bank and the EU for urging Malawi to sell 28,000 tons of maize to repay debts. The nation ended up in the biggest famine in it's history.
A second famine occured in 2005 caused by the World Bank and donor nations that encouraged Malawi to sell it's food reserves and dismantle the state-run agricultural system.
In 2007 Malawi's new president decided to subsidise fertilizer, something the World Bank and other organisations urged against. By ignoring the "advice" of these organisations, the country could finally succesfully feed it's own population and even had enough food left to help feed the people in Zimbabwe and other countries.
In India the lending organisations helped create a famine as well. In 2002 the New York Times reported that the Indian government buys food from farmers, but the World Bank and other organizations prohibit the Indian government from selling this food to the people at subsidized prices. As a result the food just rots away instead. This at a time when 50 million Indians were on the brink of starvation, and 250 million were underfed.
In 2005 the Guardian reported that people in Niger were suffering from starvation because the government under pressure from the IMF refused to hand out food to the poor and allowed traders to export the food produced to other countries.The IMF came under strong criticism when it praised the government of Niger for it's actions.
President Obama has also been a strong proponent of biofuels. American biofuel made from corn that is. The New York Times reported that the Obama camp is strongly connected to the American biofuel industry that receives high subsidies to turn food into fuel.
Obama says he supports biofuel, but supports the high import tarrif on Brazilian biofuel made from sugar cane as well as the subsidy on biofuel from corn produced in the US. Sugar cane, while still using occupying land that should be used to feed human beings, is more effective than corn fuel.
Brazilian biofuel produces about 8.3 to 10.2 more energy than is used to produce it. American biofuel produces only 1.3 to 1.6 times the energy required for it to be produced. To the American biofuel Industry that is heavily subsidized this is of no concern of course. But for the billions of people world wide suffering from food prices that have increased by 75% because of biofuels according to a secret report by the World Bank released in 2008 it is.Obama however said in March of 2009 that he wants to preserve the Ethanol Industry while funding additional ways to produce biofuel from other feedstocks.
Multinational corporations and 1st world nations are now beginning to buy up land in 3rd world countries to grow crops used for biofuels. This land is often currently used by people who have lived there for generations but don't legally own the land. In a previous report I mentioned the revolution in Madagascar that was caused by the nation's president handing most of the good farmland of this nation to a South Korean Biofuel firm for free while millions of people in Madagascar are malnutrated. This is part of a larger global pattern of 3rd world farmland being acquired by rich nations for the production of biofuel.
The most dangerous method that is used to cause starvation may be the spread of genetically manipulated crops. Studies point out that GM crops have a yield about 10% below that of their most closely related Organic relatives. Because special varieties that have an even higher yield can not be used, the complete loss we suffer due to these crops may be even higher. The long term effects may be even worse. A new study claims that Bt-Cotton may leave the soil it's grown on unable to produce food within a decade of first being planted:
A recent scientific study carried out by Navdanya, compared the soil of fields where Bt-cotton had been planted for 3 years with adjoining fields with non GMO cotton or other crops. The region covered included Nagpur, Amravati and Wardha of Vidharbha which accounts for highest GMO cotton planting in India, and the highest rate of farmers suicides (4000 per year). In 3 years, Bt-cotton has reduced the population of Actinomycetes by 17%. Actinomycetes are vital for breaking down cellulose and creating humus. Bacteria were reduced by 14%. The total microbial biomass was reduced by 8.9%. Vital soil beneficial enzymes which make nutrients available to plants have also been drastically reduced. Acid Phosphatase which contributes to uptake of phosphates was reduced by 26.6%. Nitrogenase enzymes which help fix nitrogen were reduced by 22.6%. At this rate, in a decade of planting with GM cotton, or any GM crop with Bt genes in it, could lead to total destruction of soil organisms, leaving dead soil unable to produce food.
Multiple studies have pointed out that genetically manipulated corn genes have found their way into indigenous corn varieties across Mexico. The transgenes will not disappear from our crops by simply declaring GM crops illegal, because they've already spread and infected the organic varieties. The Biotech companies, apparently aware of the catastrophe that is ahead have build an underground seed bank in the Artic Circle to preserve the original varieties if they would ever go extinct.
Extinction of our main food crops may sound unbelievable but it's a possibility, and if it happens the same biotech companies now storing these seeds will be responsible. Researchers believe that a single genetically manipulated fish escaping could cause the extinction of a complete species of fish. Other researchers point to a phenomenon known as error catastrophe. When the mutation rate becomes to high, a species can go extinct. This is used to treat people against certain viruses. The problem is that genetically manipulating a crop also raises the mutation rate, and appears to eventually destroy the entire genome.
If the genetically manipulated versions cause certain crops to go extinct, we will be dependent on these companies and tax free foundations to give us the original versions we have used for generations. This would hand them complete control over our food production, which is the true goal of Monsanto according to whistleblowers who worked for the company.

The Myth of Al Qaeda and Why

Everywhere one looks in the media, it's Al Qaeda this and Al Qaeda that... Al Qaeda hiding in your closet, patiently awaiting its chance to pounce on you in your sleep!! We are inundated with fearmongering rhetoric pushing ghosts and fairy tales to scare old women and the ignorant.
I'm going to tell you something that might scare old ladies even more than the nightly news - Al Qaeda doesn't exist! At least not the way you think it does. Allow me to explain.
In the words of Paul Joseph Watson:
So if the group doesn't exist, where did the name come from?
You have heard before that "Al-Qaeda" roughly translates into "the base,"
but were you aware that "Ana raicha Al Qaeda" is arabic colloquial for "I'm going to the toilet"?
Would hardened terrorists hell bent on the destruction of the west name their organization after a euphemism for taking a shit?
The truth about where the name "Al-Qaeda" originated explains why no would-be fundamentalist suicide martyr could have been involved in its creation.
Former Leader of the House of Commons Robin Cook, who admirably resigned in protest of the 2003 Iraq invasion, penned a piece in the London Guardian shortly before his death that shed light on the true genesis of the name.
"Al-Qaida," states Cook, "literally "the database", was originally the computer file of the thousands of mujahideen who were recruited and trained with help from the CIA to defeat the Russians."
Former French Military Intelligence official Pierre Henry Bunel expands, noting that "Al-Qaeda," was an early form of intranet, which was used by Islamic nations and influential families to communicate with each other. It was also used by the "American agent," Osama bin Laden to send coded or covert messages back to his CIA handlers from Afghanistan.
It's worthy to conclude with Bunel's assertion that "Al-Qaeda" as an organization is about as genuine as George W. Bush's Texas brush clearing cowboy image.
"The truth is, there is no Islamic army or terrorist group called Al Qaida. And any informed intelligence officer knows this. But there is a propaganda campaign to make the public believe in the presence of an identified entity representing the 'devil' only in order to drive the 'TV watcher' to accept a unified international leadership for a war against terrorism. The country behind this propaganda is the US and the lobbyists for the US war on terrorism are only interested in making money." (1)
One might ask, "well, what about Bin Laden?" The Bin Laden family has ties to the Bush family (Bush I was high level CIA (2)) that go way back, primarily through The Carlyle Group. (3) Much like father Bush, Bin Laden himself has deep ties to the CIA. (4) In fact, it was reported by Untied Press International and France's Le Figaro that Bin Laden was visited by the CIA as late as July 2001, when Bin Laden was in a Dubai hospital. (5) Osama stayed in the hospital from the 4th - the 14th... would've been a great time to apprehend this shadowy figure, wouldn't you think?
How did Osama become involved with the CIA? Zbigniew Brzezinski, who at the time was serving under Carter, along with CIA funding, helped set up the Taliban to fight off the Russians who had been lured into invading Afghanistan by the US. (6)
In a candid 1998 interview, Zbigniew Brezinski, Carter's national security adviser, confirmed that U.S. aid to the rebels began before the invasion:
According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the mujahideen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan [in] December 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise: indeed, it was July 3, 1979, that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention.... We didn't push the Russians to intervene, but we knowingly increased the probability that they would....
That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap.... The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter: We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam War."
The Carter administration was well aware that in backing the mujahideen it was supporting forces with reactionary social goals, but this was utweighed by its own geopolitical interests. In August 1979, a classified State Department report bluntly asserted that "the United States' larger interest...would be served by the demise of the Taraki-Amin regime, despite whatever setbacks this might mean for future social and economic reforms in Afghanistan."
That same month, in a stunning display of hypocrisy, State Department spokesperson Hodding Carter piously announced that the U.S. "expect[s] the principle of nonintervention to be respected by all parties in the area, including the Soviet Union."
The Russian invasion in December was the signal for U.S. support to the Afghan rebels to increase dramatically.
Three weeks after Soviet tanks rolled into Kabul, Carter's secretary of defense, Harold Brown, was in Beijing arranging for a weapons transfer from the Chinese to the ClA-backed Afghani troops mustered in Pakistan. The Chinese, who were generously compensated for the deal, agreed and even consented to send military advisers. Brown worked out a similar arrangement with Egypt to buy $15 million worth of weapons. "The U.S. contacted me," [then-Egyptian president] Anwar Sadat recalled shortly before his assassination [in 1981]. "They told me, 'Please open your stores for us so that we can give the Afghans the armaments they need to fight.' And I gave them the armaments. The transport of arms to the Afghans started from Cairo on U.S. planes." (7)
It was during this time that many believe Osama, through his prominent role in the Afghan war, became involved with the CIA. (8)
Why has Al Qaeda been the "go-to" boy for the US government and it's media mouthpiece?
Since the inception of the computer database called "Al Qaeda", Al Qaeda has been blamed for nearly every bump in the night - moreso since the gov't sponsored terror attacks on 9/11. Now, our government uses Al Qaeda as the reason for taking our rights via the Patriot Acts I and II, the FISA wiretapping, many newly implemented various profiling methods (The Domestic Extremist Lexicon) (9), implementing free-speech zones, the amplified police state, etc.
How does losing our freedom help in the "fight" against "Al CIAda" - when the whole reason they're "after us" is because "they hate us for our freedoms"? In taking the freedoms of the American people away, hasn't our government done exactly what Al CIAda wants?
Could it be that the agenda we're being sold on television isn't what's really going on?
It seems if you are in gov't and you want something done, simply scream "Al Qaeda!!!!" and your wish is our total loss of freedom.
Now that the gov't has their new boogeyman (Communist Russia served this role well for nearly 40 years...), they have declared the right to deem everyone a terrorist simply by implication via the mainstream criminal media.

Fox and Friends' ever ready Neo-Con slug Brian Kilmeade, who in November called on Americans to support terrorist car bombings in Iran, as well as funding for terrorist groups to "create havoc in Iran", interviewed ex-CIA spook Mike Baker, whose company Diligence LLC has close ties to the Bush administration and just happens to butter its bread with the aid of a steady supply of global unrest and terror hype.
The story, which is based on a comment by a single MI5 source (must be true then) that was subsequently picked up in a Scotsman article, claims that Al-Qaeda have recruited 1,500 white Britons to carry out attacks in the UK.
For those of us who recoiled in absolute horror at the proficiency of dumb and dumber's summer exploits in setting a car on fire at Glasgow airport, it's obvious that "Al-Qaeda's" recruiting efforts need to improve if they are to live up to the status lavishly bestowed upon them by the establishment media. If you're white, have no criminal record, own a gun, and don't happen to agree with your government's criminal activities, congratulations - you are now a terrorist! You're in good company... if our forefathers were alive today, they'd be on the list too!

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday made it easier for the police and prosecutors to question suspects, lifting some restrictions on when defendants can be interrogated without their lawyers present.
In a 5-to-4 ruling, the court overturned its 1986 opinion in a Michigan case, which forbade the police from interrogating a defendant once he invoked his right to counsel at an arraignment or a similar proceeding.
That 1986 ruling has not only proved “unworkable,” Justice Antonin Scalia wrote for the majority, but its “marginal benefits are dwarfed by its substantial costs” in that some guilty defendants go free. Justice Scalia was joined by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justices Anthony M. Kennedy, Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr.
In an angry dissent, Justice John Paul Stevens, who wrote the 1986 decision, said that contrary to the majority’s assertion, that decision protected “a fundamental right that the court now dishonors.” (1)

In 1986 it was ruled that defendants has right to legal counsel in a police interrogation. Now, some 23 years later, that right has been stripped away by our Supreme Court.
Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law...
Now, with this recent unconstitutional ruling from our "Supreme" Court, the defendant is forced to face the advanced interrogation tactics of the police on their own, with no legal sanctuary whatsoever.
In a time of police brutality (2), cover-ups, falsified evidence (3), and false confessions (4), the average person's freedom from unjust procedures and chances of false conviction has gone through the roof, meanwhile his legal protection has been cut out at the knees.
As if we didn't have enough harmless folks in prison already (5) (overpopulation reactionaries should take solace knowing that 2.3 million men and women are locked up and not taking up space anymore ;), we're facing a very real threat of skyrocketing false imprisonment. (6)
Scalia makes the argument that the cost of providing this right to the people is prohibitive. I wonder what the cost of this recent decision will be? I wonder how many lives will be needlessly turned upside-down? I wonder what the cost to taxpayers will be to house the influx of wrongfully and questionably convicted "criminals"? And I wonder what this most recent loss of freedoms will cost us as once sovereign individuals...
What should we do? I would suggest never calling the police - ever. If you have an altercation with someone else, do your best to resolve it amongst yourselves like adults. If you do not own a gun for home and self protection, get one. (7) The average police response time to a home break in is 5-15 minutes! (8)
If you are wrongfully accused of a crime, do your best to get your story out to the media and to your local community. Have family and friends call into local talk shows, pass out flyers stating your cause, stage protests, etc. Do whatever you can to bring your case to light. Unlike many of our "lawful" courts in this country, the court of public opinion is still strong.

SOME of America’s leading billionaires have met secretly to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population and speed up improvements in health and education.
The philanthropists who attended a summit convened on the initiative of Bill Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, discussed joining forces to overcome political and religious obstacles to change.
Described as the Good Club by one insider it included David Rockefeller Jr, the patriarch of America’s wealthiest dynasty, Warren Buffett and George Soros, the financiers, Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York, and the media moguls Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey.
These members, along with Gates, have given away more than £45 billion ($73 billion) since 1996 to causes ranging from health programmes in developing countries to ghetto schools nearer to home.
...The issues debated included reforming the supervision of overseas aid spending to setting up rural schools and water systems in developing countries. Taking their cue from Gates they agreed that overpopulation was a priority.
This could result in a challenge to some Third World politicians who believe contraception and female education weaken traditional values.
Gates, 53, who is giving away most of his fortune, argued that healthier families, freed from malaria and extreme poverty, would change their habits and have fewer children within half a generation.
At a conference in Long Beach, California, last February, he had made similar points. “Official projections say the world’s population will peak at 9.3 billion [up from 6.6 billion today] but with charitable initiatives, such as better reproductive healthcare, we think we can cap that at 8.3 billion,” Gates said then.
Patricia Stonesifer, former chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which gives more than £2 billion a year to good causes, attended the Rockefeller summit. She said the billionaires met to “discuss how to increase giving” and they intended to “continue the dialogue” over the next few months.
Another guest said there was “nothing as crude as a vote” but a consensus emerged that they would back a strategy in which population growth would be tackled as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat.
“This is something so nightmarish that everyone in this group agreed it needs big-brain answers,” said the guest. “They need to be independent of government agencies, which are unable to head off the disaster we all see looming.”
Why all the secrecy? “They wanted to speak rich to rich without worrying anything they said would end up in the newspapers, painting them as an alternative world government,” he said. (Emphasis added)

So the Good Club met in secret recently to discuss population control? Sounds like a great way to spend a couple of days - discussing the undeniable need to cull the human race...
Let's take a look at this "Good" Club:
Bill Gates - Aside from what I've already shown about Gates, (2) it is interesting to note that his father held a prominent position within Planned Parenthood, and has often openly advocated population reduction, as has Gates himself.
David Rockefeller - The Rockefeller Foundation funds some of the most insidious eugenical groups on earth. The Rockefellers have funded Sanger and still fund Planned Parenthood, as do most of the others within the "Good Club". (3) Rockefeller is also closely linked to Henry Kissinger, who penned the infamous NSSM 200 document that advocated various nefarious means of "population control" for many 2nd and 3rd world nations in the 70's. The Rockefellers founded The Population Council, which has been directly linked to scores of sterilization campaigns throughout the world. (5)
The Rockefellers funded the Nazis' eugenics programs (6). Rockefeller funded coerced sterilization of nearly 40,000 women in Columbia in the 60's. (7) Rockefeller is also behind the abortion drug RU-486 along with Buffett and Bill Gates. (8) RU-486 has a wonderful legacy of "healthful" "benefits" that readers might find interesting... (9)
Ted Turner - One of the most outspoken members of the "Good Club" when it comes to his views on eugenics. Ted advocates a one child policy for the world (it should be noted that Mr. Turner has 5 children). He also said over ten years ago that a 95% reduction in the world's population would be ideal. (10) Turner has donated billions to the cause of population reduction.
Warren Buffett - Rather than give his money to his children (as most folks do), Mr. Buffett is donating his life earnings to... you guessed it... Population Control! His own daughter told the media this was the agenda.
One of the foundation's directors, Mr. Buffett's daughter, Susie, told The Chronicle that she did expect that population control would be the foundation's top priority. "That's what my father has always believed was the biggest and most important issue, so that will be the focus," she said. "I feel as his child that it's important to carry out his wishes. It's his money." (11)
Ted Turner had this to say about his buddy Buffett:
"Warren Buffett, he's a decent human being, he said he's going to give his money away when he dies for population control," continued Mr. Turner. "He may live 20 more years. By then, the world's population is going to double again." (12)
Most of Buffett's share of charitable donations (over $100 million) went to his Buffett Foundation, which supports the most radical aspects of the population control movement. In 1994, Buffett provided $2 million in funding for the Population Council, which was used to fund clinical trials of Mifepristone (RU-486). Buffett also provided $2 million to Family Health International for the distribution of quinacrine hydrochloride, a chemical with sterilizes a woman by burning her fallopian tubes. Quinacrine is illegal in the U.S., but is used, often coercively, in Vietnam, India, and other nations. In the late 1990s, Buffett committed to a $20 million grant to International Projects Assistance Services (IPAS) which manufactures and distributes manual vacuum aspirators, used for performing abortions in the Third World. George Soros - Aside from being a convicted felon for his insider trading overseas (14) Soros is also a eugenicist who has donated copious amounts of money to Planned Parenthood. (15)
Michael Bloomberg - The current mayor of New York and Billionaire, Michael Bloomberg has recently joined forces with Bill Gates to take on "Reproductive Health" in developing nations. (16) In reading the article, one might be tempted to think of this venture as benign or even caring. I'd caution you to remember the many other eugenical endeavors Mr. Gates has been involved in and supported in the past that were packaged with similar non-descript, double speak wording.
Oprah Winfrey - Oprah Winfrey... Need I say more?
For those who still doubt the motives of these folks - this "Good Club" - I would ask you to step back and look at the big picture. Here, we've got a group of multi-billionaires, all of whom are dedicated to culling the population significantly, all of whom are willing to spend the majority of their money to achieve these ends... some of whom worked with the Nazi's and some who are quoted as saying that a 95% reduction in the human populace would be ideal. Others who openly fund UN organizations who've been caught numerous times practicing eugenics in nations around the world. (And for some reason, Oprah is there too... having more than a few enlightening "Aha" moments, no doubt.)
Who asked these folks to solve the fallacy of too many people? Do you think they'll offer their children up as a "population reduction" sacrifice to the ghost of Malthus in a good faith and altruistic attempt to assuage the climate gods? Doubtful. How Eugenics Turned Into Population Control

How did Eugenics turn into Population Control and why?
Throughout history, "nobility" has intermarried with other families in efforts to keep their bloodline "clean" and their "stock" of a high caliber. (1) These same folks felt the need to cull the population of the "plebs" in order to make for a better human race, one free of unwanted genetic abnormalities. This is one of the basic tenants of eugenics.
As we've already covered, many methods for controlling the "stock" included inoculations, abortions, using food as a weapon, disease, miseducation, and even outright holocaust. As one might imagine, word soon got out that eugenics is an inhumane device whose aim is directly focused at culling the masses in a big way. Backlash ensued.
What was needed, the eugenicists thought, was a rebranding of their agenda. What follows is a brief glimpse into social engineering, a restructuring of group think. It has worked quite well. It is my hope that we can begin to deconstruct these ideologies - to show the truth underneath the dogma and the rhetoric and the doublespeak that we've unwittingly been subjected to for the majority of our lives.

Galton is considered the "father" of eugenics. His vision was one of racial cleansing for the betterment of mankind. The following is taken from "Memories of Life": Chapter XXI. Race Improvement:
I cannot doubt that our democracy will ultimately refuse consent to that liberty of propagating children which is now allowed to the undesirable classes, but the populace has yet to be taught the true state of these things. A democracy cannot endure unless it be composed of able citizens; therefore it must in self-defence withstand the free introduction of degenerate stock. (3)
The "liberty of propagating children... allowed to the undesireable classes?" The implication here is that the liberty to bear children can be taken away - and knowing that Galton would argue said rights should be taken away is sickening. The right to bear children is a fundamental human right - regardless of one's social, genetic, economic or racial standing. Does allowing the "degenerate stock" to multiply somehow denegrate humanity - or does it allow humanity to flourish in all of its varities and "abnormalities"? Furthermore, who decides what constitutes "degeneracy" and what gives them the right to decide such things for others?
Back to "Population Research" in our education system:
The Office of Population Research was founded in 1936 when Frederick H. Osborn '10, a charter trustee of Princeton, formerly a trustee at the Milbank Memorial Fund, used his good offices with both of these institutions to persuade the University to found a program in teaching and research in population, and the Milbank Fund to provide much of the initial financing. Osborn, later a major general during World War II, appointed to study and foster improvement in the morale of the armed services, had a deep interest in population matters, as well as in his alma mater. The Office of Population Research at Princeton University is the oldest population research center in the country. Founded in 1936, it has trained more than a hundred students who received doctoral degrees and more than a hundred others who received one-year professional training. Many of these alumni occupy important professional positions in developing countries; others are on university faculties in this country and abroad. (5)
"Even before 1945, various American publications--peer-review journals, memos, and periodicals--reveal that millions of dollars were poured into eugenics research and policy studies in this country, much of it directly referencing [Ernst] Rudin and his Nazi colleagues. Funding for these projects over the years has since come from private foundations, primarily the Rockefeller Foundation, individual "benefactors," the National Institutes of Health, and other government agencies. At the forefront of such effort in the United States has always been the American Eugenics Society(AES) Research shows an enormous overlap of membership in the early American Eugenics Society and the Population Council, the latter established in the 1950s by John D. Rockefeller III and General Frederick Osborn, who was also an AES president. Remember that in the 1950s, the memory of Htler's mass extermination and Ernst Rudin's part in it were fresh. It is odd, therefore, that despite that, copious editorial comments appeared in the organization's publication, Eugenics Quarterly (later changed to Social Biology) hawking a concept called "negative eugenics" and urging the use of what the authors called "eugenic propaganda" to promote public support for measures designed to detect and remove "the heavy burden of the socially inadequate and other defective hereditary types." (p. 171)
According to the now renamed AES periodical Social Biology, in an excellent article on the history of the organization by former AES co-founder and president Frederick Osborn, the society held a conference in 1961 on the teaching of eugenics to medical students at Rockefeller Institute in New York City. The conference was jointly sponsored with the Population Council, which paid for travel expenses, and the National Institutes of Health. Publicity given to the AES by those conferences, the periodical says, resulted in "large numbers of individual inquiries on hereditary defects" as well as additional sponsorships.[...] Between 1960 and 1970, writes Osborn, the society strengthened its position as a center for bringing together various disciplines having a common interest in "human evolution." The intent to link birth control and eugenics in America is found in the older December 1961 Eugenics Quarterly, in which policies for "influencing the future course of evolution" were urged, beginning with "eugenic birth selection based on voluntary controls"
In 1964, the annual workshop-conference was inaugurated, called the Princeton Conferences. At the third of these Princeton Conferences, not only were demographers, "behavioral geneticists," anthropologists, and psychiatrists in attendance, but a computer specialist attended. By November 1969, the Fifth Princeton Conference took the bold step of going under the title "Genetic Reconstruction of Human Populations." Remember that by then, the periodical Eugenics Quarterly had sanitized its name to Social Biology. By 1970 Rockefeller Center was more or less serving as a hub for discourse in behavioral eugenics." (6)
Frederick Osborn "reformed" eugenics by proposing that eugenicists conceal their true goal, which was, and is, to control human evolution by limiting marriage and parenthood to the superior stocks. He believed that less than ten percent of the population were worthy to have children. But he proposed that eugenicists never mention their conviction that most children should never have been born. Eugenicists were to assert instead a hypocritical concern for the welfare of the children of the inferior. This is the origin of Planned Parenthood's oft repeated slogan "Every child a wanted child". In reality, the eugenicists hope to manipulate the social and economic climate so that children unwanted by the eugenicists will be miserable and their miserable parents will "spontaneously" cease to want them. Ceasing to have children due to manipulation by eugenicists is called "voluntary unconscious selection" or, in other words, "CHOICE".
This project is laid out in the Galton lecture, "Galton and Mid Century Eugenics" which Osborn delivered in 1956:
"The very word eugenics is in disrepute in some quarters ... We must ask ourselves, what have we done wrong?
"I think we have failed to take into account a trait which
is almost universal and is very deep in human nature.
People simply are not willing to accept the idea that the genetic base on which their character was formed is inferior and should not be repeated in the next generation. We have asked whole groups of people to accept this idea and we have asked individuals to accept it. They have constantly refused and we have all but killed the eugenic movement ... they won't accept the idea that they are in general second rate. We must rely on other motivation. ... it is surely possible to build a system of voluntary unconscious selection.
But the reasons advanced must be generally acceptable reasons. Let's stop telling anyone that they have a generally inferior genetic quality, for they will never agree. Let's base our proposals on the desirability of having children born in homes where they will get affectionate and responsible care, and perhaps our proposals will be accepted." (7)
This plan is working! Notice the lexicon of today's 20-30 somethings. Many folks in this demographic often speak this way - viewing children as more trouble than they're worth. 100 years ago, a child was viewed as a wonderful and joyous addition to a family - even within poorer families where raising a child was very tough. Today, our collective mindset has been changed to the point where we would view our own children as a drag on us, on our lifestyle, our notions of what happiness is.

OTHER NOTES:
I decided to separate out into a separate folder - all of my email correspondence with BRITISH GAS.
To my surprise...I had a very long list of emails in my YAHOO box.
It dated back...throughout all of the BRITISH GAS/ELECTRICS problems that I had had - whilst in EAGLE HOUSE - that lousy and highly dangerous boiler etc...and all of the times that I had had to call up BRITISH GAS and the subsequent conversations with them...
It was then that I espied a rather odd note - I had talked about a BRITISH GASMAN turning up at FLAT 3 with a STAR-DIAMOND EAR-RING in one ear and how his manner made me feel that he must be 'bogus'.
That immediately made me remember DR CARNEY when I first met him (again) in 2008 - after I had been sectioned - upon PETER BRUFF WARD.
He was wearing a STAR-DIAMOND EAR-RING in one ear.
After that first 'interview' and meeting - he NEVER EVER wore that STAR-DIAMOND EAR-RING in one ear, again.
I noted it at the time and thought 'he's probably gay - alternative dresser out of the suit...a bit ELTON JOHN...so what...'

What appeared to be bogus man from British Gas turned up on doorstep (didn’t like the star stud ear-ring) with supposed list of customers who had ‘recently changed from British Gas’ and he wanted to know why.
Funnily enough, I had changed TO British Gas when I moved into this flat 6 months ago and transferred the electricity to this company also...and am up to date with all of my bills...
Hazel also answered the door - thinking it was her delivery probably and he said ‘oh, I need to speak to you too about why you...’ and the above spiel...Hazel tartly replied that she had always been a British Gas customer and this fact had never changed throughout her ownership of the flat...
I had shut the door during this conversation - but he banged on my door again...opened it and told him that I had checked my bills and they were up to date...and started to peer over his supposed list...he then looked a bit guilty and said the list could be old - was my name Cooper? NO.
Is British Gas really that badly run that they send out a guy with lists of customers, easily over 4 years old? Can one really believe that or was the guy bogus? Considering the difficulty that I had with actually getting an account open with British Gas in the first place - maybe the former. I had checked with Hazel about former tenants in my flat and none of them were called Cooper and all the bills left here were to British Gas...so the guy must have been bogus - what else? He might have pulled it off if he had been better at acting because the fake ID looked good.
So why did he think that my name was COOPER?

Something was worrying me about that EAR-RING at any rate...and I can remember now - it was identical - both of them had the same STUD.
I have just received a QUESTIONNAIR from CHP with three odd questions - odd because i 'know' that I was programmed to make a fuss...or something like that:
Q4 Did you agree to take your new property uncleaned? YES/NO
Q5 If NO was your new home clean and tidy when you moved in? YES/NO
Q6 If NO please tell us which parts of your home were not clean and tidy.
(There follows a few blank lines to fill in the above...)
So I wrote N/A to Q4, crossed out Q6 and wrote the following:
"As far as I can remember, I wasn't asked because BELLE COURT is a new build and therefore the above is inapplicable Q4/5/6."
I feel that it is important to note the above down but haven't worked out why yet...
Additionally, we have 20 odd 'ethnic origin' categories...odd because the first one states a nationality WHITE BRITISH...and one would assume that everybody else who is housed by CHP is BRITISH or about to become so...and so one can see how difficult it is to distinguish between this minefield of ethnicity/nationality...particularly in relation to people who would like to be 'naturalised British' i.e. get the passport/citizenship but haven't got through the red-tape yet...
Anyway, I have no option but to put WHITE BRITISH rather than 'OTHER' to avoid giving personal details out...because if I ticked OTHER it might look as if I wasn't a BRITISH CITIZEN with a passport etc...
Here again, we see the ROCKEFELLER categorisation of people into groups and subgroups...and just how detailed the information that the STATE wants upon you, is becoming...

What does it really mean in ILL - speak?
For a short amount of time - I was privileged to be on that team of PRIVATE EYE CIA contributors, in that NY underground suite...I have no idea how much they tended to write for this magazine but they had an overview of it and who generally tended to contribute.
For example PENDANTRY CORNER this fortnight - was compiled entirely by the above MACDONALD 'team'.
We had coded it all - to remind ourselves of different things...
MACDONALD went by the name of CLIVE DIXON and we all chipped in to write a 'shorthand' history of who was controlling the ILL CULT and at what point...read it and join the dots.
General update:
I was wondering about the general state of affairs in relation to this flat - RIMINGTON had wanted people to move in initially - but then to get chucked out pretty quickly afterwards - probably because of NPOWER bills etc.
I suppose that an upsurge in the business market was predicted/planned in relation to CLACTON.
Once there was a demand for this type of flat for ‘visiting business people’ to CLACTON - we would all get shunted out very quickly indeed.
This type of flat is ideally suited to the purpose - clean, spacious, neat…crap view out of the window but your business people are there to WORK and not to stare out of the window…
As my mother said about this type of hotel - regarding the TRAVELODGE type of accommodation - you have to keep the blinds down because the view is so crap but inside, you know that you will get a certain standard and quality of hygiene, cleanliness - modern conveniences etc.
So as far as I can see - at this stage of the ILL GAME - I am supposed to hang on in here, as long as I can - in this ‘business f lat’ - and try to avoid getting chucked out (even though I am not wildly happy about being here, in the first place).
The agreed ‘rental’ of this flat, from CHP - is only for a year, anyway.

I was thinking about ARRANGED MARRIAGES this morning and how little I knew about it…

I will continue to use my CREDIT CARD this month - if my mother refuses to pay in a normal amount and not half the amount of what I need to live on - as my father did last month.
This will naturally annoy her because she kept on telling me never to use it again - yet has now created the situation where I have to use it again.
It really astounds me - they actually lose money by doing this - if they had simply paid off my NATIONAL INSURANCE stamps years ago - I would have been able to collect my full benefits entitlement - which would mean that they wouldn’t have to help me out, every month at all - yet still, they are unwilling to do that.
If they had paid me my £120,000 in 1981 - I would have bought a cheap house/flat in B’ham at around £35,000 (prices were still low then) which would have doubled/tripled in price by now…the whole money thing is meant to make me despair…but one can see that it is all part of the ILL GAME and so I am going to take it with a pinch of salt.

Failure to return this letter will automatically keep your child off of the senior activates list. Each student that returns this letter will be review on a case by case situation. All I can say about this letter is that it came from the 'creative brain' of GORDON BROWN in a very young child alter...why was he chosen to write it under mind control?
He appears to be wanting to help the AUSTRALIANS in relation to launching their own version of the US SPUTNIK.
Now, SPUTNIK = SPUDNIK = ROYAL FAMILY under mind control at the TEMPLAR CASTLE 2001.
So MARK R had discovered some plot by BROWN to undermine his control of the SPUDNIKS...and had then taken the piss out of him for it.
